For me was the first time to drive a truck (26), the manager should give clients some advises verbally and not just in a paper. Also, considerations such as PSI and type of gas for each vehicle MUST be clear indicated in the drivers door or in a sticker.

Hire employees who know what they are doing or have them properly trained, a better tracking system, better communication and compensate for your screw ups. I will be going after uhaul Canada for compensation, this should never have happened to anyone.

It took 5 locations before we could find what we were looking for. The inside of the trailer could have been cleaner, there was actually snow in the back, but it was functional and did what we needed.

This is the 3rd truck I have rented from UHaul in the last month, from three different locations. Every single time, I have been given an estimated total and it is always under estimated, which creates extreme problems!!! Why can I not get a real quote from any of your dealers?
