The staff were all friendly and helpful with hookups leaving me with a great experience of renting from that location.
MARIA RVery disappointed the day before the move didn’t have truck size available had to take smaller truck. Then they offered a trailer but it was 50km away to even pick it up . Offered me a day extra rental and extra kms both no good to me anyway. Would not recommend U Haul for a move

Though I was being bounced around by corporate U-Haul a few days prior to my reservation date, I was able to connect with Nicole at the Fenelon Falls location, which was my preferred location. Nicole was very helpful and courteous while interacting with me. She explained in detail how the process works and came in before her start time to ensure that the vehicle was ready for pickup. The sign-in process was a breeze due to Nicole’s friendly demeanour and attitude. Great place for your moving needs.
