We returned the trailer after hours. Without a lift, the trailer was very difficult to unhitch, needs to have a wheel and crank. Three grown men and we struggled with it.
WAYNE LIf you pick up outside of office hours (10-4) (not 7 days per week) you will need to use the App to complete pick up. There is NO internet and only a couple bars of 3G available at the site. Check out took over 45 min even with Truck Share representative (who was awesome) on the phone to help restart each time we lost connectivity. Shame on UHaul for forcing us to use an app at a location that doesn't have service available.
David MMixed review on this. The pick up went very smoothly, but the return was a problem. I was charged for 3 days but only used the trailer for 1 day. The location was very unhelpful in this regard (different person from the pickup). However the UHaul head office and regional representative was very helpful and looked after the situation promptly and professionally. Kudos to the Uhaul team in this regard.
