Had to go 45 miles to pick it up. No 26 foot trucks available

DAVONNA SI have rented from this location three times. Each time, the pickup and drop-off process has been easy. - They are a busy location and I'm not a morning person, so I've sometimes been the third or fourth person in line. They move quickly. Their trucks have been rock solid on each rental. The interior of the trucks are always clean. Given Walla Walla/College Place's environment, the outside of the trucks is not spotless. - Welcome to the high desert! This is a family-run business and they take care of those in the community. They'll treat you right.

TIMM JTruck had over 116K in mileage amd needs some work. The staff at the College Place location was great. All in all it did the job for us.
FRANK CHad a blow-out on the freeway, after being told the tires were great!! Could have been catastrophic!! Thanks to great driving all went well!! After the whipping around of the trailer during the blow out the load shifted and jammed the back door!! Had to call for help to get it open!! The support team was awsome though!!

Lorenz GI Made a trailer reservation and I was guaranteed someone would be there to release the equipment. I arrived on time at 10:30 am but the attendant was no where to be found. This is supposed to be a manned store, I knocked on every door to the business for over a half hour to no avail. I made numerous calls to U-Haul headquarters and every time I was asked if I was at the right location, I kept telling them yes I was at the right place. I was told to wait while they called the manager who asked if I had knocked on someone's apartment door. Really??? This is supposed to be a business. I do t think I will be referring anyone to this particular U-Haul "store" .
CHRISTOPHER MI pulled into the lot right at closing time. The employees didn't turn me away or make me feel like I needed to leave and come back the next day. Would highly recommend this place too!! Great customer service

STACI OI had reserved a dolly due to having to move heavy stuff but there wasnt one on the truck. Since we did a 24 hr pickup we couldnt ask for the dolly. Overall though, ive always been happy with renting from this location.
DEREK SReserved trailer for 24 hours but returned it in 8 hrs. Lady said she would check it in but took two days to do it.

RUDY MUHaul needs to let the customer know the pickup location/store know the opening time of this location. I was scheduled for a 10:00 am pickup. The store opens at 10:30.
ROSE MI was told I would receive a call but never did and so I had no instructions on how to pick up the truck. It delayed my getting the truck by 45 minutes, which meant I was paying for my help for 45 minutes when no work could be done.

SHERYL FEven though the lady did not mention that I had to arrive 15 minutes early at the location, the customer service could adjust it when I called. I was happy that the customer service line answered quickly.
Man HIntesting yet very helpful picking up a truck before hours
Nancy SI did not choose this location, I was forced to use it when my preferred location didn't have the truck size I needed. The 24/7 truck share program was not a success. It took us over an hour to pick up our truck mainly because the person who set up our pick up forgot to select that for us. Then while on the line with customer service representatives we were treated rudely by two representatives and then put on hold for over 45 minutes with another. I would say the pick up was a negative experience and negatively affected my view of U-Haul as a company.

Aliou AThe reservation online indicates unlimited mileage. When I went there, they limited it to 312 miles. Second, the reservation did not have a due date. It asked only for a start date. When I arrived I was told I had two days or I had to pay for more. I feel cheated by uhaul, not by the location I rented it from.

Kevin ONo improvement suggestions. Check in and return were easy in and easy out. Friendly, helpful staff. Found me the perfect trailer for hauling my nearly 10' tall new tree. Special thanks to Jose, who was very patient and made a tricky backup into the lot work smoothly upon return.

Michael WIt was not open when I had to drop off the truck even though their hours of operation said it would be. I did the everything online, so I didn't interact with anyone from that particular location.
Felix EIt was set up very well. At first it looked like a tiny little convenience store. Very cute but when you pulled into the back they had this full parking lot that gave you ample space to pull in and turn around and park. It was very well put together very well thought out. Highly recommend
