Pickup time was 10:30 am n but the guy didn't even show up to open the store until 10:45, at which point he had forgotten his keys to open and had to go home to get them. It was after 11 am before the pickup stuff was started.

Had a terrible time. Vehicle door was open when we got there. Check engine light was on. Business was supposed to be open at 9:00 am but was not. Our reservation was for 8:00 but we did not get out of there until 9:30 - and Business was still not open.

BRIAN LI wouldn't go out of my way to tell someone NOT to use this location, but it could have been a lot better. The truck wasn't swept out, there was nowhere for me to park my car (fortunately I brought someone with me to drive it back), the cell reception was bad (may be a carrier issue, but for a remote system good coverage is a NECESSITY), and other rental equipment was parked in a manner as to make it difficult to navigate a large truck. Those are all relatively minor issues though. The biggest issue was the amount of time it took to work through the check out process on the app. IT was painfully slow and overly involved. It took my nearly 30 minutes and it felt like an eternity as it was freezing outside!
James CThere was a padlock on the back of the truck, but no key to open it, so I had to switch to a different truck. Please make sure the keys are all there!
