Actually have equipment available if charging for it. I was charged and there was no equipment

Rebecca LThe truck was not cleaned at all when I got it. There was dirt all over the floor in the cab, and dirt and garbage in the bed. It was not swept out prior to me picking it up. I also scheduled it for a different location and a different size, and was sent to a different location and got a different size truck then I ordered.

Nels BHad move to St Paul, given Minneapolis drop off 20 miles away. Staff did not come out to check truck but I left with excess gasoline and clean Will use Uhau again, it was bitter cold and snowing at drop off.
Vicki FI'm upset. The location overcharged be by 20 miles. Then when I returned it the guy said it was never checked out arguing I had to show him my checkout receipt. I have made this trip lots of times and never charged over 60 miles.
KIMYATTA FI would rather not have my location be switched on me at the last minute. And if it does I hate that I have to pay the extra money on the miles. I could have walked across the street to get it but I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way instead.. it also smelled like weed
Skylar BThis is just a small parking lot behind a tiny store. The area was a little sketchy. Drop box was blocked so we could not deposit keys. An employee did come out right after we submitted our return to U-Haul and took the keys.
Jennifer PMore of a liquor store. But adequate parking for the truck. Quick return... just took key.
WILLIAM MThis place is available online to drop off, but when you get there. You arent allowed to drop off here. You wont realize it until after you complete the transaction online, because dropping off the key is the last step and there is a small, worn out sign on the drop off box saying to go to the U-haul on Lyndale.

Tony DPick up location was on Rice St, 3 miles from our house. We had a 9am pick up and the tobacco store, where we were suppose to get our keys, should have been open at 8am. They were not open at 9am and by 9:30, we had called U-Haul twice and they ended up sending us to tp a different pick up location Minneapolis. That was a 25 minute drive. That pick up was easy but now were were 1,5 hours behind on our move in. No apology or offer of any type of compensation for the hassle so before we hung up with U-Haul on our way to Mpls I requested some type of compensation and the woman said she would put in that request. The next day, I noticed we were charged for 14 miles over! WHAT!! YOU sent us the Minneapolis because were were physically not able to get keys at the location right by our house! I called U-Haul and that charge was removed. I asked about our request for some type of compensation and she said the request has been closed because they didn't charge us for the extra 14 miles. Again... WHAT?? I asked to speak to her manager and that man reimbursed us $50. Moving day is stressful. Being behind an hour-and-a-half made it worse and having to ask twice for U-Haul to make it right is frustrating.

Michael VThe muffler was missing and the truck could be heard from a mile away. I rented a two wheeler for an additional fee and it wasn't included with the truck at the time of pickup. I would not recommend this location or service again.
Jason HThe gentleman running the store was very helpful and nice! However, he didn't ha e a furniture dolly, which we needed. I ended up buying one from Home Depot but would have preferred to rent.

Madison MTerrible experience. The original location where I was supposed to pick up the Uhaul was closed and then I was sent to a different location. To where the employees were not helpful at all. I went from having my Uhaul reserved online for 12:30pm and didn't get my Uhaul until 2pm. When I had booked this since the beginning of the month in December. Ridiculous. Highly unsatisfied. Then I checked the Uhaul back in for drop off through customer service but it wasn't checked in until the following morning. So I was overcharged. Uhaul did not making moving any easier, instead it added stress.
Luis GDo not have an option for counter pickup if counter pickup is not an option offered at the location. Make the mobile return process more intuitive and foolproof so you don't get charged for an extra day and not enough gas when you actually returned it on time with the right amount of gas.
Levi BIt took me a hour and 30 minutes to get the truck and the key. I chose to pick up from the location and the store owner switches it so I can open it using my phone. I was charged 67 for my trip. Then they charged a extra $157. This was a Horrible experience and I will never never never refer you guys to anyone of my friends or family again. I run three businesses and you guys will never get my business again.
Sancheze BI was not planning on doing online check in and the U-Haul locations in person checkin wasn't working. The box of the U-Haul did not lock which became very inconvenient when the unit was unavailable because the previous tenants were still moving out and I had to wait 3 days with my stuff in a U-Haul that doesn't lock. Also, the dolly was just laying in there, and it wasn't latched down, we didn't use it, and latched it down ourselves. The U-Haul had very little fuel when I got it, and then still charged me for gas when I returned it with the same amount.

Andrea MI was unable to pick up my uhaul at 7am due to a system error which caused me to be late for movw out. I couldnt pick it up until 9am.
EMILY MThe cashier told me that he wasn't supposed to be helping me since he needs to watch his store because the neighborhood people steal. It took him an hour to assist me after us being on the phone with two different representatives he finally understood that he had to take me out of his terminal instead of me using a code from the Internet. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. Even if he felt that way I don't think he should've told me that he should've been watching his store from thieves rather than helping me out with the U-Haul. Very disappointing I will never rent from this location and I will never recommend this location.
Toria PI was duped into paying a $14 safe move fee which I declined but somehow ended up being billed for. Last U-Haul I will be renting.
Adam WI ordered furniture pads and they were not in the truck when I picked it up.
