The customer is not that good
AMINATU JThis location is ran by scam artist they give you the truck on e then tell you to call Barry he will fix things all while Barry is oblivious to what’s going on then the older lady acts like she’s helping you but she really billing you for things you didn’t do so my experience they need to be closed down & you are better off going to a real uhaul dealer not them & also I was told they only had 1 truck which later I found out was untrue that’s part of the scam they use while checking you into the trucks
Ariel DThis location does it's own thing in regards to vehicle pickup. The lady was more rude than most other locations. She charged me for insurance without my consent, although I completed my check-in prior to arrival. From all of my Uhaul experiences, this was by far the absolute worst.
MYLOV SI had no problem with the rental agreement except the fact I didn't get the vehicle the first day I had to wait until the next day for the rental because the system was down and the lady had problems trying to download the information

CAMILIA RI am soooooo frustrated with this place. I returned the rental using the instructions that were given. On my end it was telling me to go the parking lot that I didn't have access to after hours. I had to wait 30 mins on hold to talk to UHAUL just to find out I had BEEN In the right place. I had to find that out from a UHAUL representative that the information given to me and them were different. I then proceeded to find the lock box, for 5 mins I walked back and forth. After 5 minutes of walking back and forth I discovered there was none. In all it took 45 minutes for all of this. The next morning I called into UHAUL at 8:50 for the lock box info. I told them I would drop the key off after work at 3pm. After a couple hours of me being there, a personal called and said the bumper had a dent. First off, I took picture abd sent it to UHAUL, before leaving abd nothing was wrong with the bumper. I had no damages. Second, the car had been sitting there from 8:30pm, and the man didn't check until 1:30. I know for sure those damages are not mines abs I am not liable for any damage after I return it. It was parked on the street next in front of the alley, so anything could happen. I SM not sure if the place damaged the vehicle or some other driving, but I will NIT be held accountable, I went to check on the truck after work and it looked Nothing like I left it. The front bumper was hanging off at a weird angle that you can tell some hit it.

Deano MI was overcharged. I returned the vehicle yesterday. Furthermore, the vehicle needs maintainance on the tire and the tire sensor, causing it to use more gas than necessary on a fuel-efficient vehicle that uses flex fuel. The alert goes off on the cargo van but it hasn't undergone routine maintenance.

nashanna aI was charged more then I've ever been charged before then I east my money putting gas n the truck I put it exactly right where it was at when I got it an they say I didn't an charged me extra I can't do business like that I would never tell anyone to go to this place I really move people a lot and never been charged this much for right down the street never an always went way further and was not charged that much an I always move on weekends so not ah excuse

Farris WThis site needs faster service for check-in and return. I completed the express check-in process online but when I arrived I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes and I was the ONLY client there! There was an equally long period of time upon returning the vehicle. Additionally, the furniture dolly I had reserved online was not available--a wide dolly to sit wide furniture atop of to more easily move large pieces. The staff person had not even reviewed my online request; I had to ask for the dolly. Then she said they didn't any moving equipment; she gave me the only thing they had, a small dolly for moving small boxes, which was insufficient for moving my furniture. Yet I was charged for what I ordered! She said they had no other supplies. The staff was nice but the site needs to make available what is promised online.
Willie CThere were no furniture pads at the location, and the supervisor wanted me to go to another location to pick them up instead of them being brought to me. I wasn't feeling that nor the supervisor cursing about "not trying to be an asshole." Kinda unprofessional, especially in a store filled with religious stuff everywhere. The lady who helped me was nice and patient although I was getting a bit irritated by how long it was taking to get in and out. I respected that she made the younger girl go outside to help work on U-Haul stuff, but I didn't particularly need to hear the lecture she gave her about it or the rants about banners not printing out correctly. I felt like some of that could've been handled without customers in the store. But she definitely gave me a break for being 40 minutes late thanks to horrible movers. So all in all, I think we were both about evenly crabby.

Lorraine MThere was a bag of marijuana and blunt in the driver side door that we found after we had already left with the truck. The store had an out to lunch sign on the door we took the van back so we dropped the keys in the drop box and called a few minutes later to let the staff know of the drugs in the van since we did not want to touch them. I was there to pick up the vehicle at 9:00am and they opened the door at 9:05 and then the lady who handles the truck rental got there ten minutes later and we had to wait for her to check the van that had been dropped off the night before. I will never pick up a vehicle from that location again.

Sandra MI had a little difficulty locating the office. There were no UHaul rental signs anywhere in the window, only a Uhaul van that was parked outside. Once I verified the office, the personel was friendly. She did tell me I was to receive a $15 discount because the gas was less than a quarter of a tank but I dont believe I received the discount on my final bill. Then there was some confusion because I received a phone call two days later asking if I had checked the van back in. Not sure what happened with the communication there at the place.
