This location is ran by scam artist they give you the truck on e then tell you to call Barry he will fix things all while Barry is oblivious to what’s going on then the older lady acts like she’s helping you but she really billing you for things you didn’t do so my experience they need to be closed down & you are better off going to a real uhaul dealer not them & also I was told they only had 1 truck which later I found out was untrue that’s part of the scam they use while checking you into the trucks
Ariel DThis location does it's own thing in regards to vehicle pickup. The lady was more rude than most other locations. She charged me for insurance without my consent, although I completed my check-in prior to arrival. From all of my Uhaul experiences, this was by far the absolute worst.
MYLOV SI had no problem with the rental agreement except the fact I didn't get the vehicle the first day I had to wait until the next day for the rental because the system was down and the lady had problems trying to download the information
