Gregory SWhile taking pictures of the inside speedometer reading the truck was turned on with the keys in the ignition. I got out of the truck to take a picture of the outside of the vehicle. It would have been helpful if the app instructions would warn you to turn off the truck and take the keys our of the ignitions before taking a picture outside of the vehicle. This would prevent the truck running with the keys in the ignition and the door lock. I locked the key in the truck while the truck was running. So happy that the business owner at this location Fishing Creek Nursery drove up while I was in distress. He was able to get into the truck. Remind the customers to turn off the truck and take the keys with you before closing to truck door to take a picture of the outside of the truck.

Andre HI rent from UHaul quite a bit. This location is always courteous, has clean equipment, and the staff are very helpful. If something isn't right, they take time to correct it. Good people.

JESSE VAir bag light was on at startup. I didn't realize that was what it was signifying until we were well into our trip.
Edward CAt no fault of the location it just seems that they don't have a variety of U Hauls like they used to. I recently rented a U-Haul and upon preparing to load, the U-Haul had a cockroach infestation. I tried raid bombing it and all to get it clean and nothing worked. I returned it and called customer service and hopefully I'll hear something back soon about my inconvenience.

Moises MI rented a carhauler on Friday. I planned on returning it Saturday. I was informed the shop was not open Sat. The rep said Monday was the next day it was open. I left for Winston Salem to buy a car. After purchasing and loading it it was after 7pm and I was exhausted, at 69yo I do pretty good. When I returned to Oxford I looked online and it said they were closed. I went by Uhaul anyway and they were closed, it must have been 1:30-2:00. I did not leave the trailer because I was afraid it would get stolen. Today, Monday, I returned it. I was charged $178+- instead of the $60+- that was agreed on. When I called in I was told it is the charge. The person that hooked up the trailer did it wrong and the power cable for the trailer was cut. It affected the abs and cruise control on my vehicle. So says the person that unhooked he trailer. He also said I needed a dropped hitch and they should not have hooked up trailer. I asked to make a claim. We will see what happens!

Michael HNo dolly was left on the truck. I had to go to another location that was open to pick up the dolly. Then I had to wait there for at least 15 minutes before I was helped. Then when I received help she had to call someone to help her with the request. So I wasted time having to do all this extra stuff when I requested the dolly.

mike bAlways check tire condition. The 5X8 that I rented had a huge bubble separation that caused the trailer to bounce. I was terrified that tire would blow. I notified the drop off agent of the tire condition but I would bet money that this trailer is back on the road as of this message time.....

Rhonda PLocation could not get UHaul App to work, they overcharged us for the rental then it took 4 phone calls to corporate headquarters over a week to get a district manager to fix the overcharges. Two previous cases were closed without any review, any customer contact, even though a call was requested and no notification to us. We had to keep calling back in to customer service, kept being transferred even though we called the direct numbers provided for customer support. It was a total nightmare. We will consider other options vs UHaul in the future, which is sad because we have used UHaul several times recently and dozens of times over the years.

DARLENE PYour truck was filthy,I had to clean it myself,before I could use it.black mud in the back.and trash and spilled drink in the front.this held up me moveing 1 hour.clean your trucks.
BETTY JLocation wasn't bad. I'm not happy with my experience with uhaul overall and will be sure to let people know it along with why I feel this way. Let me start with what I feel is false or at least misleading advertisement on the price of doing business with uhaul. This was the most expensive cost by far, double what I'm paying for storage, out of the already high cost of moving. If I had of had any alternative I would have never spent my money with the company and I don't intend to let anyone u care about be fooled by them

Chance WThis location is just OK. The rental process took a little longer than I expected. Number one the website listing for this location states the business opens at 8:30 AM. I planned our job around that . When I arrived the sign for the business indicated 9:00 AM. I lost 30 minutes. I responded to the last survey question with a yes, but I would also state that if you can find a different location it may be more efficient. I have an account setup and was half expecting the process to be a little more streamlined. The Car Care in Henderson NC was much faster and that was before I had an account
