When I reserved the U-Haul it said I would have to pay just over $1700 upon pickup (I have the screenshot to prove it) yet I was charged over $1900. It was for "taxes" they failed to include in the payment upon pickup price.Brandon T.
This is the third time I ordered an appliance dolly and uhaul did not have one with my truck. No call, no email nothing to tell me I need to make other arrangements to move appliances. How is that even possible?Christopher J.

clean the uhaul before next customer. also make sure it's full before a new customer uses it. i got it at 7/8ths and had to return it full so i had to pay for an 1/8th of gas that i didn't even use.Jayson Y.
I have no problem with the U-Haul dealer. I picked the truck up from the problem I have is with U-Haul themselves, paying for A rental that says by the day and when you find out it's only 12 hours not 24 hours that becomes a problem U-Haul has gotten excessively greedy and you can't keep the truck for as long as you need because the contract is only for 12 hours having to pay for excessive rental fees, excessive insurance and over excessive mileage is absolutely ridiculous. U-Haul needs to wake up and stop ripping people off.Michael T.

Check the lot before sending customers texts and phone calls that the rental is late. Also don't be sneaky and charge customers for damage protection when they opted out of such coverage.Azhar U.
Disappointed with original return area. They kept calling, texting and emailing me to see what day and time I was returning the truck. I paid to have it for 3 days. Do not rush the renter. It is not the renter's fault that there is a shortage of trucks.Carlos P.
When I arrived to complete the paperwork the store attendee assisted me, very friendly and after I finished and signed,walked me out to a lock box with the key. I had reservations at 130, and had I not shown up early, I would have not known how to retrieve the key from the lock box(apparently 130 was lunch time). There was no mention on the phone of the hours of this location, and or what the process would be if no one was there. I specifically ask, and was told all I would need to do, is show up and retrieve the truck someone would be there.Tonja H.

Ensure what you promise is what is delivered. I confirmed my reservation for a 26' truck with corporate office the day before AND the location when I was 1/2 way there ( we drove 3 hours to get there) and when I arrived I was given a 20' truck (the only one there) and tgen contacted by coeporate and told I couldnt leave the state or I would be charged to return it! I qas also charged for the 26' truck and a dolly that wasnt secured to begin with. I got the truck released to travel to my state and was promised credit for the truck size plus $50 but havent seen or heard from Uhaul since I returned the truck Monday morning. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Oh and this was the 2nd time this happened to me in Grayson county Texas in the past 90 days! Uhaul has always been a good reputable company but the past 2 rentals were a nightmare and cost me more than double what I wouldve paid if I had only gotten the 26' truck I originally reserved. Oh and I couldbt get everything so I am paying another month of storage too. Absolutely disheartening.Julie P.

The lady on the phone told me she would contact someone that wouldn't charge me 1$ per mile after the 147 or whatever it was. I was then charged another 54$ on top of 240$. It's not right to mePayton S.
When I went to pick up the truck , it had trash all in front and trash in the back. it was filthy! i had rented 2 dollies which were not in the truck but i was charged for them.colby H.

The employee hooked the trailer up and said we were goof to go. We got out and checked it and lifted the trailer right off the hitch, we had the wrong size ball. Luckily we checked or we would've lost the trailer driving down the road.Zane M.
There was a slight problem with the truck in that the front windshield has something on it that really interferes with the visual field when driving into the sun or bright lights. I tried washing it at the gas station and it will not come off that way - needs something stronger to clean it - but it does appear to be removable.Judy C.

The rental place was supposed to open at 9 but no one was there by 9:45 when we left. The truck was dirty and felt like it was going to fall apart. The alignment was completely off and it was difficult to drive. I would never use the app again. Using apps are supposed to make things faster but it took 30 minutes to be able to actually get the process done. It would have been faster to check out with the location person themself had they actually been there and opened when they were supposed to.Amanda C.
