The employee at Five Star Storage was rude and confrontational. She made us cancel and try to redo our reservation due to a name difference that was confirmed okay with the uhaul rep when reserved. This took us an extra hour to get the uhaul, adding to our long day moving. Additionally, she made a comment about my husband wearing his sunglasses in the building implying if there was a specific reason as to why. Even during the process of having the uhaul rep contact her to fix things, she was confrontational and changed her voice to seem softer and alot kinder when speaking on the phone to the uhaul rep. Funny, shouldn’t that have been done to the customers in person?
