The truck they gave me had been just been rented and there was food between the seats. The windshield was dirty.

Business was not open at my scheduled (10:00amon Saturday morning) pick up time. Had to call uhaul and waited 15 minutes for the business owner to arrive. Had to provide info that was already provided when I pre-registered plus additional info before I could get the rental. Received reminder texts that my rental period was expiring even though I lost 25 minutes due to issues mentioned above.

They do not have ball hitches or harnesses there to pull anything. Had to go elsewhere for that. Not convenient.

Doors on van were bent and difficult to close securely. The location was not open durring posted hours, location listed 10:00am open time, i wanted to return at 10am due to other appointments and they did not open till 10:45, no drop box on front of building to leave key. I called customer service at 10:20am to confirm hours were listed as 10am open and they suggested to return using the uhaul app, customer service told me that pictures they had show key drop located on back of location. Back is in a ally with no parking locations and many homeless, i would not consider safe or secure. Will never rent from this location again

We were unable to unlock the lock. I originally picked a location that would be open when we picked up the truck but it was changed to this location and we had to wait 1 hour and a half for someone to unlock the lock. When we got in the truck the gas tank was on empty.

Have consistency when opening the store. Open the store at the time you say you will open the store and follow through, if something cmes up and the store is opening at a different time, then please try to communicate that change. I arrived at 9:15 to see that the "Come in, we're open" sign on front door, door was locked. Opening hours listed on front door says Uhaul opens at 9:30am, while Yelp says it opens at 10:00 am. Door was not opened until 10:15 and I did not pick up the uhaul until 10:30 when my original reservation was for 9:00am. This drastically impacted my move out schedule and caused great inconvenience for the rest of my move out/move in experience. Would not recommend this location, or any uhaul services at all.

Not being able to take the pick up one way was very inconvenient. Drove up 100 miles to rent a pick up to have to return back wasting my time and money

Original place we ordered truck 1041 foothill upland RYAN assisted us was very rude, unprofessional , no respect for elderly with my mother which is 75. Got her upset , Then with me I asked Ryan why he was been rude n informed him he knows how uhaul rental works we don't we never rented one. He stated he was the manager. Not my fault he works there. I finally got someone else that answered phone n David is manager not Ryan so I guess he lied. Do not go there this is Unacceptable. Thankful for this survey . Truck rented for one why so place where truck was picked up now that man was very nice perfessional. 1466 foothill #G awesome

They should not be allowed to rent uhauls. I received the vehicle with little to no fuel. When I returned the vehicle they overcharged me an additonal 450 miles. I even filled up the fuel to the proper line and they charged me for fuel. Bull shit.

While the person handling the U-haul's were very nice and helped me out. When I arrived at, the U-Haul was dead because someone had left the headlights on. My husband and I had to jump the truck to get it started. So that was just an avoidable inconvenience. I was refunded some of my money due to the U-Haul not being "pick up ready" and all was handled with that store.

I got charged by the place I rented the truck $88.08. WHY AM I GETTING CHARGED AGAIN WHEN IT WAS ONLY RETURNED TO THE RANCHO LOCATION. This is another FRAUDULENT CHARGE and my bank has been notified again to not honor this transaction. I rented a truck, I have a complete RECEIPT for $88,08 PAID IN FULL. The drop off location cannot charge my card for anything. Once again, THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. I have had to cancel my debit card due to all these unauthorized charges by YOU!

My experience was phenomenal after a couple horrible experiences once I got to the Upland location wise. Was turned around thank you so very much for being polite clean and very professional I highly recommend U-Haul and will be returning because of this locations experience thank you again

The interior of the truck appears to never have been cleaned… sad considering Covid-19 standards other companies have performed at.

The original reservation for a 26' box van was made at the Fontana CA location, on Foothill and Sierra, at the beginning of December. Long story short, they rented out my reserved van, and I was there at the time of opening, on the reserved date. The representative acted like she couldn't care less when I protested their action. Anyway, the representative at Flooring Mart was much more professional. I think I would use his u-haul service before I'd ever do business at the Fontana location again. (There's no point in offering reservations on equipment that can't be counted on to be on-site & ready at the scheduled time.)

Being charged for pads that I never had and then showing a return of pads that I never had seems a little crazy.

Pick up and drop off were very easy at this location. There are large driveways for access and easy parking. 2 gas stations are near by. The staff made everything go smoothly.
