shade nI have already submitted a complaint but this is one of the worst run U-Haul locations I've ever rented from and my family has been using you guys for 15 years. I was charged an additional 167$ for bringing the trailer back the following morning even after contacting the store owner. The owner essentially forced us to take the trailer a day early as to not inconvenience his schedule the following day and then changed all the dates around after the transaction was complete. Horrible experience and caused me to close a credit card because of fraud charges being made by this location.

Walter KIt was a little bit tricky to park the trailer when I returned it.
Roxana MI have called uhaul several times to try and resolve my issue. Each time I was told someone would get back to me. To date NO ONE from uhaul has contacted me, except for additional money.

Ariana VThe location was hard to find. It was just a room next to a auto service place and I could barely find it. The uhaul guy told me they play very music loud on some days. But he was courteous to me and helped me with everything.

Renitza DComplete opposite experience. They were closed, so we backed it in lot, are taking pictures for self check out. Car pulls up "can I help you?" "I run this store and we are closed, but was driving by and saw you." He went out of his way to make sure I did everything right, everything was right. Great customer service! 10/10!!! Have this guy teach the rest of Miami management and stores how to deal with customers!
