The truck i reserved was not there had to pay $23.00 more because i needed a truck for that day at that time. I recieved emails saying my '15 truck is guaranteed to be there September 7 10:00am. But to my surprise Nothing was even assigned to me so because of my need and the urgency of my time i had to pay extra for the bigger truck and take care of my task. I'm glad there was a bigger truck and not a small because i would have been out of luck and in a big jam of a spot if couldn't take care of what i needed done on Saturday but i just which because of your in writing Guarentee about the size i reserved i should have not been charged for UHAUL's mistake.

I rented the vehicle using the share program via my mobile phone. While it was an efficient process, the location's key box did not open with the combination given. It was fortunate that there was an employee from the location already there and he had to use a hammer to destroy the key box just to get the key out. This wasted about 30 minutes of my time.

I would recommend the location during daylight hours only. When I arrived there was only one U-Haul, in a grassy area, I wasn’t even sure I was in the right location. When I went in the store to make sure I was in the right location, the woman at this location was friendly and welcoming and assured me I was. Returning the U-Haul late at night, in a parking lot behind a store, that wasn’t well lit, was unnerving. Then to be in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes taking pictures and going through the return process made me feel very vulnerable. As a female, I would not feel comfortable returning a U-Haul without an escort.

When booking, I was told I had unlimited miles. It’s a good thing there wasn’t an issue with miles, however, your staff needs to be properly trained when conducting such business.

The customer service at flower jungle was very good. But I do want to say one thing, I think it is Despicable for U-Haul to be charging a $1 fee even though $1 is not much but collectively it is a lot. The hidden reason behind this charge is obviously not known to many people. This $1 environmental fee is in fact a recovery fee oil changes and other maintenance which should be covered under that Vehicles rental charge. I wasn't quite aware because I never read the fine print in my contract of the abuse that they put forward towards their customers monetarily I do not feel it is right because the customer does not know what that environmental fee means even though they State false reasons like it's for the environment which is not so. I feel this $1 should be credited back to my account. And that the consumers should know about this charge.

Had to sit and wait for more than 20 min. for owner to finish with several phone calls for her flower shop. She said that" the U-Haul guy is not here, and is not answering his phone". Then, when we returned the truck, we would not drop the keys in the box as it was damaged and anybody could have taken the keys and then stolen the truck.....

The location was a flower shop and was not open even though my reservation was for 10:00am. I had to call and a young gentleman rushed over to open the shop at 10:30am! He had no idea how to hook up my trailer, but I trusted him regardless. My trailer unhitched from the rental truck 10 minutes on the Turnpike! I could have killed my entire family who was following behind me. I am escalating this issue.

Johnathan was amazing and super helpful. I had a previous experience at another U-Haul facility and Johnathan's positive attitude and willingness to ensure I had a great experience was appreciated. I would highly recommend this location. And.. They are great with floral arrangements.
