The vehicle was not maintained. The maintain tire sensor was going off. I had to stop and fill the tires with air. I have pictures if you want to see of the sensor light and the tire light.

This location is very tiny and was NOT equipped to drop off a 26ft truck. I was also sent two different drop off instructions to my phone and the contract. I don't have anything negative to say about this particular location or staff, but our overall experience with U-haul has been ABYSSMAL

NOE BTerrible - A confirmation and number and location means nothing at all. Independent dealers are so bad do not know what they are doing and no customer service. Had to go to 4 different Uhauls same day. SO BAD
ERIC Gmake sure the U-Haul's have ramps. This one didn't and it made it awful hard to get furniture up into it
Cheryl CI saw that they charge me $37,42 and $37,41 and give me a refund of $37.40. This is a big mistake cause I paid in full and return the van the same day after hours.

EYAD AHave a connection in the computer to reservations made over the phone. I had paperwork showing reservation with Flower Jungle but it was not in their system. The women at Glower Jungle were very professional and willing to help. Would go to Flower Jungle again.

DAVID WI requested blankets for my move and the location had non available, nor did a nearby location. It would be nice to know before hand that additional equipment may not be available.
WILLIAM GI scheduled my pick up for 9:00am on 08/01/24 at Flower Jungle. I had to take a Lyft from my home to get there. I arrived and the shop was closed. Store hours were posted on the door opening at 9:00am. I did the 24/7 Share app pick up stuff. The last step required me to go inside to show the rep to get the keys to the truck. No one was at the store. I googled the store and called and left a voicemail. I got a call from the owner saying she would be there in 5 minutes. She didn't arrive until around 9:30. It was an inconvenience. I also tried to call uhaul with no luck and chat on the app with no luck while I was waiting.
Larry NService was great from the minute I walked into the location. Very nice . Very helpful. Fast service . No issue dropping it off . Everything went so smooth and perfect. Definitely will be useing them in the future when I need a truck !!

angelia mExtremely disappointed with my original reservation. Thank you to the flower jungle for getting us a truck last minute! You saved our lives that day! My previous u haul reservation up the street was not helpful as they didn't answer the phone or me knocking on their door for that matter. Why say you're open at 8am if you're not going to answer the phone or your door at 9am. Unfortunately ended up with a much smaller truck (10 ft instead of 16 ft) which resulted in a higher cost due to more trips costing more in mileage. Had no choice but to make it work.

Olga SThe lady that was working there at the time, told us to return the rental at a certain time but never told us we would be charge an inconvenience fee to leave the key in the drop box since the place don't open on Sundays . A lot of miscommunication. If it was communicated properly we would've return the rental during business hours and avoided all the extra charges . Highly disappointed!

BOBBIE AFlower shop was messy, representive was almost 30 mins late, he was disorganized and lack handling skills in terms of helping customers. I ordered a dozen pads on my order and that was not in the truck. I ran late coming back with the truck because he was late and no remorse or compensation.
Kamara FI requested and paid for two sets of moving blankets. The blankets were not in the truck when I picked it up. I noted this in the initial documentation and the finalizing documentation. I was still charged for the blankets. I have called the location twice and promised return phone calls each time and I have yet to receive a refund for the missing blankets.

Bernard IThe truck was dirty inside and out. The person who checked out the truck was rude and condescending. As this is not the primary business, it seemed as though I was a nuisance, since I wasn't there to buy flowers. When I dropped off the truck, she was too busy to check in. I am still waiting for a receipt. She told me it would be emailed to me before my scheduled check-in time which was 3 PM.

Saito JOur rental was scheduled for 9:30. Uhaul switched our location to one that did not open until 10, then the uhaul associate did not show up until 10:30.

James JI didn't catch the name of the guy who helped us, but he was awesome. If it helps he was wearing a floral button down shirt. He really made the process of getting the truck easy and helped me to use the VIP certificates I received due to the last horrible experience I had with Uhaul. This location was amazing. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family looking to rent from uhaul .

wimberg sI am very upset that the first location (Store 66) did not have my moving truck ready, and I waited an hour on the phone to have uhaul transfer me to Flowers Jungle, I lost my deposit for my movers since I arrived back to my house hour and half past my time. Also, I was charged for dolly which was not in the truck because it was not my original location.
Kendra BTruck was old and smelly. Steering was off center. Interior was dirty. Truck had saw dust in the back. Location was almost 20 miles from my house. Terrible experience.
