Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAfter having to go to another location after making a reservation for 9, there was no staff and closed even though it said open at 9 on Saturday. When finally able to speak to customer service and find another truck in another location for 10 AM. There was no staff and had to wait another 30 mins.
Liudmila FThey were great to me. I recommend them anytime.
GERMAIN VMoving my appointment to another location was very inconvenient for me. I made a reservation at a location on South Military and one day before the pick up I was relocated. This was very inconvenient and should not happen.
MARCO DLocation was not opened
