I had my location changed at the last minute and had to drive several miles out of the way. The people at this location was very nice and I would recommend them to anyone.

Orm MWork on the 24/7 pick up process. The web site is not user friendly at all and the person I talked to on the phone seemed very irritated from the start. When they called the numbers I provided they hung up on the person as soon as it was confirmed to my identity.
Charles KLocation was closed when I was told to drop of the trailer off. Uhual should not expect the customer to be able to take the trailer hitch off the truck by themselves with no jack, that was ridiculous and Uhual should have given an extra day since this location was closed. I will be reaching out privately to uhual to fix that problem.

Jason HFor starter I was sent to a location that was closed so I couldn't get the truck I had reserved then was sent to a different location and was told they would give me a 15ft truck for the 10ft price but was charged full price for the 15ft!! Also was told that my account would not be charged until the truck was dropped off but the money was taken out of my account before I even left the lot. I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!

nick kHave the correct equipment that was rented. I was forced to switch locations and use a much larger truck than what I originally rented. I had to get a ride from the original rental place to the one you switched me to. Then had to drive back to this location to rent the car dolly. This rental was made very difficult and it was not the dealers fault,
