We had the pleasure of having our move handled by Instinctual Moving. Your associates Bryant and Ibrahim were punctual, professional, friendly, and took the utmost care with our belongings. Ours was a complex move involving a POD in our driveway, storage in our garage, furniture throughout the home, and emptying a smaller storage unit along with all the items from the locations listed above into a much larger unit. They were incredibly detail oriented and even set up the storage unit in such a way to ensure ease with future accessibility as we requested. JEFFREY KOne thing to I think you should approve on is the late charges. I’m confused how being four hours late costs me another whole days rental! I could see half the amount! You all should really consider a better way of doing that. My business will be going elsewhere!
