Lady wasn't very friendly or willing to work with me. I needed the trailer around 8am that morning and I as told that I couldn't get it until ten o'clock because she don't get there that early or I'd have to rent it the afternoon of the day before I needed but that wouldn't work with the time that I needed it. I ended up with it a day longer because of it. I will definitely use a different location next time. Thank you for being reasonably priced

JEFFREY KOne thing to I think you should approve on is the late charges. I’m confused how being four hours late costs me another whole days rental! I could see half the amount! You all should really consider a better way of doing that. My business will be going elsewhere!
