The operator of this location was very accommodating for our pick up. He was closed and came in to help us get the truck we were supposed to get at another location. I would recommend him anytime.TRAVIS R.

Third time I've reserved a U-HAUL truck for a specific location, only to be told last minute that I need to go an hour away to go get the truck. That's freaking awful communication and planning, and when a big move is planned, the last thing I want to do is drive an hour away to go get the truck after I'm able to reserve a truck at a much closer location. I'm never using U-Haul again, worst moving experience a person could have. Total garbage, and I'm paying hundreds of dollars for it.SEAN T.

Rented a truck along with an appliance dolly and moving blankets. When I inspected the truck there was no dolly or blankets. I called the local number who was not aware the items were missing. He contacted another employee who responded to the site to get the dolly, but I was delayed an hour. Never received blankets either.Ryan W.

The representative was very nice. The problem we had was with the reservation system. It's not well designed. I entered my driver's license with dashes, and that caused a conflict in the system. The user interface should specify to not include dashes or spaces nor accept an entry that does. It took a call to customer service to resolve.RICHARD F.

Terrible experience was supposed to have a 24/7 truck share and pick up the truck at 7 am. Truck share apparently was not available for that truck but I was never notified or called about this so I got there at 7 am and had to find out from a customer service representative that it did not have 24/7 truck share and that I would have to wait until 10 am to pick up the truck. Went back at 10 am and when no one opened it up I had to call the number finally got someone to show up at 10:30 who did not know how to run technology very well finally got the truck at 10:50. 4 HOURS AFTER MY SELECTED PICKUP TIMEâ€¦â€¦. The employee was two and a half hours late for us to pick up our uhaul. We were put behind by that long which made it so we were unloading in the dark. The rep tried to say I was pregnant and mean. He argued with me as to why he can't check us in to get the uhaul. He started to yell at us for absolutely no reason! What you can do better is have a good employee show up on time and not insult your customers! Also don't give them a uhaul with a 1/4 tank of gas so they have to go 4,5 miles out of their way to find a gas station to fill it so they can even leave town. I got charged for that extra 9 miles because of that!Vernon D.

The lock didn't work as we did the pickup via the app, was way too hard to open- you had to actually have some sort of "hard" tool to open it because it didn't open with just your hands/fingers. The app didn't show the picture of the damage of the vehicle as it was supposed to. The floor behind the seats had a dirty Kleenex and a grimy pair of sunglasses laying there.Thomas L.

We were unable to get our truck at 9 after having reserved a truck. We went through the process of the pickup online and the truck had not been properly checked in. Therefore we had to wait in the hot sun for 2 hours for the owner to get there and give us the keys to the truck. It was the worst part of our move! I will not be using Uhaul again.Kristopher B.

Online reservation gave me the choice between in office or mobile pickup. I chose in office. However, upon arrival I found no one in office with a note on the door to self complete my reservation online. My online reservation did not allow me to self check in. I got ahold of the manager who said he'd have U-Haul call me. After 25 minutes, I finally received an email to complete self check out. It took me 45 minutes to get going with my truck. I've rented many, many times yet this time the process was frustrating and the on-site team was no help as they weren't even onsite.Jessica K.

This facility owner isn't going to win any customer service awards. When I called to confirm my truck a couple of days prior, I was told that I would be switched over to mobile pick-up instead of at the counter as I had booked via the web site because he would be out of town. One day prior, I hadn't received any info, so I called back. Was told to call the general Uhaul number at 7am on day of pick up. It wasn't until then that I was given a code and instructions. Owner showed up midway through my pick up process and didn't offer any assistance. When I did ask for help with the code and lock, he walked over, did something with the lock, and walked away. The truck was clean enough and we got the job done just fine. The correct number of moving blankets that I requested and was charged for were not inside it. When I turned on the windshield wipers, it sounded like metal on glass, so I shut them off and let the wind clear the glass. I would not rent from this location or owner again. I would pay the extra few dollars for extra miles and rent from a different location.Brian R.

Have a truck checklist prior to sending truck out. Windshield wipers were gone and left metal on glass, a clean truck would have been nice. Truck also needs suspension work/ transmission work. To figure out the shutter that happens at 55 mph. And I haven't even mentioned that I had to drive and hour and a half round trip just to get the truck Overall. I think I have just rented my last u haul truck and will be giving budget or Penske my business from now on.Ian C.
A sign to indicate Uhaul drop off would be a start as well as indicating that this drop off location requires online/mobile check out. My device barely had service in this area and I was lucky to have my fiancÃ©'s device to do the return.Naiya P.
The checkout process was wonky, and the wrong truck was reserved so I had to spend a while on the phone to straighten it out. The whole checkout process took almost 50 minutes. You guys can do better, and this particular location was a dump.Michael S.

The lot in which to park the rental equipment was very small - it was full of other rental equipment and one tractor-trailer that was not owned by U-Haul. I did my best to not block anything important while also not parking on the street.Justin C.

There was no way to get the code to get into the truck when I checked in online. No one answered the phone at the location I was at even though their posted hours said they were open. The owners live across the street so I went over there and they were pretty cranky and upset that I didn't have the code.Mark M.

Not rent a truck that has a mechanical issue. Check engine light went on and vehicle would not accelerate past 70mph on the highway. Total nightmare.linda P.
We had a lot of problems picking up the truck. It took over 2 hours and the majority of that was being on hold with U-Haul. It would not let me check in online, just telling me I had to call. Once I got ahold of someone they fixed it in 2 seconds. We were going through the steps, but it said the keys were in a lock box. There were no keys in there and then it said we had picked up the truck and were good to go. We called the owner of the location and he said we should have been given a combination for the lock on the back of the truck. We never received that, so we had to call U-Haul again. We waited for 45 minutes before getting someone and they gave us the combination. After using the truck, we went back to return. The truck was originally being picked up and dropped off at the same location. We drove to the location and were going to start the process. It said we were supposed to drop the truck off at a different location. I called and they were able to change it. The process was very frustrating especially waiting on hold for so long since the issues were easy and quick to fix.Cody E.

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. We showed up early and they were not even open. We knocked on the door for a while and waited. My reservation was for 10am. We could also see the truck. The keys were also not on the rings for the trucks. The two who live across the street come over. Both made comments on the party they were just at the night before. The lady starts getting aggressive and saying there are no reservations on her phone. I reserved the truck on Friday. I was showing her on my phone the reservation on my screen and she was incredibly nasty towards me. After showing them multiple times my phone and being told we didnt have a reservation I was disgusted. They finally said take the truck and we left. We had all the phone checkin stuff ready and submitted and ready to go. I had people waiting at my house at 10 am. We didn't get to them until 1045. My family and friends will never use UHaul again. That was a waste of my money and I got charged for 6 hours of when we didn't even get the truck for 6 hours and that's just wrong.Molly W.

I had a difficult time getting the key from the lockbox due to the location not having a phone number that was usable to contact the manager. Fortunately, another person stooped by who knew the proper phone number so I was able to make contact and get the truck for my use.Leland D.

After numerous calls to the local office and then headquarters, the managers son-in-law came and said he could help us Not sure if he came as a result of the calls or not. No one available for drop off. Had to avoid running over their outdoor cat. Drop-off location aside. I was very upset that I didn't get a drop off location with my original rental when I picked up and was called only once by a uhaul representative after I picked up the rental. They left a voicemail but didn't leave me any information on where I was supposed to take it, only to have me call back. When I did, I waited on the line for 15 minutes just for the line to disconnect. Very dissatisfied with this uhaul experience.Nicole H.

When it came time to drop off the truck, our GPS took us to the area but we couldn't find the actual business. We asked open businesses in the area and folks didn't know where it was. Our phone GPS took us to the actual business location. The business was "hidden" behind Walmart so we couldn't see any other U Haul trucks. Mildly stressful but we worked through it.john H.

I was 11 minutes late from picking my trailer up and didn't realize I had to pick it up and an exact time, I thought I could pick the trailer up anytime after 10 and at 11 minutes after the hour the owner called me and asked me where I was and informed me that I will be charged for a late fee if I didn't hurry up and get there. I was happy to get there but when When I did I had to laugh because there were full-time employees they could help me at any point it's not like I had to exactly be there at 10. The place was muddy and I sprayed the trailer with mud pulling out that of which I had to clean before I returned it and I had to laugh thinking it was the only place that I had an issue with mud on my entire trip. Other than that the service was ok and the equipment was good thank you very much.Jesse C.
