Reserved a dolly but it wasn't there. When we called the phone number for the location, the person answering had no idea where one was and didn't seem interested in finding out.

Rented U-Haul trucks several times from Freight Patrol and will rent again next time. Well maintained trucks and great service.
Rob MThe place is very dirty, even sketchy looking. At first I thought I was at a junk yard. The truck I rented wa backed up into weeds and a tree, with a semi parked in front so I couldn’t get to it. I waited an hour for someone to move truck and finally went home. The guy from uhauls regional office (Mike - I think - he was great) finally called me back to go get it asap because the location said they had no where else to park the semi. What should have been a thirty- minute pickup took about 3 hours from start to finish.
