First off no one was there during their posted hours to check me in. I could not get the reservation to check in through the app. After messing with that for 20 min I took the trailer then returned it and called the UHAUL 1800 number. He said the trailers are not supposed to be self dispatched. OK. No one was there. I let them know I returned it back to the same place and could not get the app to work. I get a call this morning from a lady who was basically yelling at me telling me I cannot self dispatch like I'm supposed to know that and its my fault. Once again no one was there at 11:00 which is during their posted hours and the time my reservation was. Frankly I shouldn't have been charged for the rental due to all the B.S. I had to go through and the fact the lady was yelling at me. The yard was muddy and all the moving parts like the rachet part of the strap barely moved. Good thing I had some wd40 in my truck.

There was no one there and I could not do the return myself because of poor cell service. I had to call and they selected the wrong return location and caused an additional charge of over $400 on my bank account.
Daniel YI was very disappointed that I reserved a 20 foot truck, then received a call from U-Haul that I was getting a 26 foot truck which is not what I originally asked for then I called back. They put me in a 20 foot truck and the day before I was to pick up, I called to confirm my reservation and then I was placed in a 15 foot truck and I was not very happy because I had to make two trips instead of having the the 20’ foot truck and could’ve got my move done in one trip. So I was not happy with the situation of somebody kept changing my request for my move so it was very disappointing. On that aspect, but the U-Haul facility where I picked up were very kind.
LISA FMy only complaint was that the side mirrors needed an allen wrench to adjust and none was provided, I spent most of the tripseeing the side of thet ruck in the mirror. Not very safe
