Steven WTell the 71 year old female customer that there is not a ramp on the small truck, and don't rent an appliance dolly to that 71 year old female customer who is expecting there is a ramp to run the dolly up into the truck in order to load it. Elderly females struggle to climb into those trucks! The ramp was the whole reason I rented a truck. I have my orem truck I could have climbed into. I NEEDED A RAMP!

KATHRYN RBut be more careful at the time you return the truck they over charge you. On gas 60 bucks on less the one quarter that was use it 12 galóns on less then 30 miles
Marie GWe had to talk to someone on a cell phone that the gas station attendant (who didn't speak English) handed to us to book the truck after waiting for 30+ minutes. Instead of filling out a form he asked for my credit card info over the phone to Verbally tell him in the middle of the gas station. The truck worked fine but was really sketchy to get. I had to specifically ask for a receipt and wait for it there to make sure our truck was checked in accurately. Would not recommend this uhaul/gas station.

Ronald BOvercharged me. I prepaid 240 miles. Used only 174 miles. No refund. Overcharged 66 miles at 1,29 a mile. Should have refund $85.
May HPickup location was a gas station, with no other rentals on property. Trailer I picked up had a screw in tire at pickup and the only option was to take it as is or wait hours for service vehicle to come repair tire.

Thaniel FThe problem for me was not the location. The service agent was as helpful as could be and the equipment I got was clean. The problem was that I reserved a 20' foot truck and got a 10' foot truck and I did not get a furniture dolly because it was not available. I specifically needed the dolly to move a piano and so I had to change a bunch of plans in how I was doing the move with the people I had coming to help and timing. It seems like I never get what I reserve with Uhaul and the reliability is poor.
Willis JI was charged for fuel after putting more fuel in the truck than it originally had. Very disappointed with this charge!

Kim THorrible customer service. The total they charged me was completely WRONG. They charged me $29 for the truck instead of $19 after getting approval from a guy I talked to over the phone. They also charged me for extras that I did not ask for. I also got charged a $99 deposit they said it was refundable but it wasn't. They charged me $5 environmental fee which was supposed to be only $1. The lady from the place had no clue of what she was doing. I am waiting to hear from Travis (manager) to fix the charges. I find this ridiculous cause I got wrongfully charged today at noon (being the locations fault) but I need to wait at least one day to see if someone reviews the charges and submit a correction. In the meantime I am paying the toll for a HORRIBLE customer service. I will probably report this as fraud to my bank.all this for driving a truck less than 9 miles in one hour.

James SI hated the return process. The app was so slow. We sat there forever trying to get the dumb pictures to upload. But the threat of charging extra to have someone do a 10 second walk around of the vehicle made me so annoyed I sat there checking it in. Super lame drop off process. Kept having to go back to the truck to get more pictures.
Greg A$1,29 a mile is not ok when I already have to pay for the renting the truck. I like this location but will never rent a u-haul again.

David RI picked up the truck after 7am on Friday September 1 returned it at 6:47am on September 2 and I was charged for 2 days. I will speak with the gas station tomorrow as I just saw the receipt.

howell pComments are not for location, but for Uhaul. Don't try to charge for cleaning when renter did not add dirt (vehicle was not clean to start with). We were charged for more mileage then we used (we took pictures of the odometer before we left and when we returned) Even so, this was the cheapest way by far to rent a truck for a day.

Seth BI have rented from the U-Haul location in Provo, Ut and the service i received here was equal to the great service at a regular U-Haul service center. Amazing service!
Justin LAbsolutely no hep in checking in the truck. I had to back it in a parking stall in a snow filled parking lot at a gas station. Nobody came out to look at the truck or record mileage or see if the dolly was in the truck. Just took the keys and said they would check it in later.
Jeff WI told them I did not want the move safe or whatever package it was, and yet it still showed up on my bill. ($28 on a $78 bill). I will definitely have to take a closer look next time I use your service. The vehicle worked well for what we wanted, but it had a foot of snow and ice on the windshield when I picked it up. The did provide me with an ice scraper to clean it off.
LaMar SGas station location was extremely poorly managed with not enough workers on staff and the worker that did attempt to help us was not trained so the process of checking in after making an online reservation took over a half an hour. I felt bad for the worker because he was doing his best, but he clearly didn't know what to do and it was convoluted and confusing. The location itself did not feel conducive to a Uhaul rental, because there was no separate area for the transaction. It felt extremely unsafe to hear all of my personal details confirmed verbally with a line of people next to me. The expectation to refill the gas tank was NOT mentioned at any point during check in, and we were nearly overcharged for equipment we didn't rent but fortunately I noticed and changed it before I was charged. Once we finally got the keys to the truck, the engine light was on and we got a flat tire error message. However, it was the only truck available at that location, and it was the third location we had visited that day, so we felt like we had no choice but to drive it. If this location is going to continue to be a Uhaul rental station, they need to train their workers, protect customer confidentiality, and maintain their vehicles.
