Tell the 71 year old female customer that there is not a ramp on the small truck, and don't rent an appliance dolly to that 71 year old female customer who is expecting there is a ramp to run the dolly up into the truck in order to load it. Elderly females struggle to climb into those trucks! The ramp was the whole reason I rented a truck. I have my orem truck I could have climbed into. I NEEDED A RAMP!

KATHRYN RBut be more careful at the time you return the truck they over charge you. On gas 60 bucks on less the one quarter that was use it 12 galóns on less then 30 miles
