Overall, great experience. Check in was quick and the personnel were extremely helpful and efficient. Truck was ready as scheduled. The entrance/exit needs to be better maintained as there are big holes that are quite muddy at the entrance/exit.

There was low air in tires. Had to stop and put air in tires. Had issues with pick up. Had to call customer service to get pin reset took me over 40 minutes to be able to get it all taken care of so I could even get keys. No one on site to help. Very dissatisfied.

I was charged $25 for cleaning when the truck was brought back actually the way it was picked up. The inside had mud on the floor. I'm guessing from the previous person and the back had furniture pads throw around everywhere. I need to understand why was I charged $25 extra. This is terrible service and I would never use that location ever again.

They told me at the return location it was NOT my vehicle lights that were the problem, it was the trailer's lights and this was not the first time a trailer being returned to them had this problem. (NOTE- I had my vehicle lights checked by a mechanic and it WAS NOT an issue on my vehicle that was pulling the Uhaul trailer. it was definitely an issue ON THE TRAILER.)

I'm not sure the man's name that helped me, but he was amazing. He was actually on his way out because they were closed and he stayed late to help me drop off a 20 foot truck. After the worst, long day of moving it was so kind of him to go out of his way for me. I'd give this location 100 stars!

Either I always get the same truck every time I rent a truck from this location or ALL the trucks at this location have the passenger side rear view mirror that falls down. The mirror is always loose and it won't stay up so that I can see on the passenger side. I have to put my head down to see on that side, making it super unsafe. Please ask Bill to fix this!

The office location is good but it it's too old and the property overall looks awful. It's hard to believe that that uhaul can have an office looking that bad in a city like Frisco.

the man running this place has major attitude and very rude. He treats customers like servants. I actually even told him why are you being so rude, when I saw yelp reviews, I realized I wasn't alone. This location either needs to be bought by someone else or taken away. I am never going to this location AGAIN!

If you have standard privacy settings on your mobile device (disable location sharing, limited permission with camera app, etc), it is impossible to return a truck after hours. The three options are: (1) Return during hours. (2) Disable all of your privacy settings in a long and tedious process, return the truck, and re-enable privacy settings in another long and tedious process. (3) Don't use Uhaul. Might go with #3 next time

It took a little longer than I expected because I didn't realize the alternate contacts were going to be called before I could retrieve the rental but Casey-the woman that assisted me with the process virtually-had AWESOME customer service. She was kind, professional, and very quick. Even if the whole experience was terrible I would give 5 stars just because of her.

I went to drop off and no one was there. It was about 2pm and I see other people are waiting outside. A note said"be back soon" on the door with a phone number. I proceed to call the number and goes straight to voicemail. I now proceed to send a text that says " I'm here to drop off the truck and dolly I have, what do I do??? Plus there other people out here" I wait about 5 mins and call again- straight to voicemail. It's now been about 11 mins and a couple leave and another gets online to try to figure out how to return it online. I then tried a text- back that says " Lear keys in box,thank you" I explain" I can't, I need my cash deposit back. I also ask " why isn't anyone here???" I receive a text minutes later saying " I'll be back at 3:30" . At this point I was aggitaded and the only only customer still around. I had to leave and come back later that day before they closed to get my cash in the middle of my move in another city. I feel this was extremely poor customer service and wouldn't advise anyone to go there...I should've read the reviews first.

1. They weren't wearing a mask inside during a pandemic so I will not use Uhaul again. 2. The dashboard light was on when I started it up so I had to get out and go back in to check on it. They had fixed a low tire air but not reset the dash but I didn't know that so it cut my time to have to get out and go in to find out. If you are going to fix things, do it right and well the first time. 3. The inside of the location is dumpy - not a great reflection of your brand and the outside is pitted dirt/mud with personal cars etc on site. No thank you. 4. They did NOT tell me how to call in return before I drop the keys off as they should have so I didn't even know about that option. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No thank you.

The left rear view mirror would not stay in position so it was dangerous to drive because I couldn't see cars on my left unless I rolled down the window and moved the mirror -- but it would only hold that position for a few minutes and then drift back down. When I booked I selected Caney City as the return location. The person checking me in had trouble selecting that location but I think ended up overriding it somehow in the system. The next day we were informed our drop off location was in Corsicana which is 17 miles further from the house we were moving into.

The 8880 Garry burns drive location is terrible . The store manager is very rude. Initially I booked the uhaul for 20 hours but on the store I asked the person on counter to change it to 24 hours but he didn't updated and the store manager called me and talk rudely and later on in the bill I was charged for 2 days ..worst uhaul location ever

Owner Sales cars also from this location. He was busy on phone with car inquiry so he kept us waiting 10 minutes. Then was grumpy. Truck gas was less than 1/2 full. We rented at 1pm 9/4 and dropped off at 11:40 am on 9/5. Note on door to call Gary, told where to drop key. Fuel was right at 1/2 tank. Charged extra day he didn't check truck in til 1:41 pm. and charged for gas. I went back to location to dispute charges he had 2 teenagers running the place. Thankfully regional office refunded me. But we are not the only ones he is he is overcharging. Day of pickup a man came while he was renting to us. Gary ask what he wanted, man said "amount you charged us" This man should not be a representative of your company. Also truck needed brakes. Visit his location and rent from him, he a jerk! Making sure to check the mileage on the truck before giving to the customer and I was charged $181.83 for 9 miles. But my receipt states 90 miles. They first took out $65.17 and today I look in my account it that amount plus$116.66. I will never come to this location again.

The man running this place is knowledgeable but not friendly at all. In addition to his unpleasant attitude toward me, I witnessed his short temper with other customers as well. It was a general feeling that he was frustrated or did not want to be there. In addition, the truck was not ready at the time I selected but luckily someone notified me the night before. I showed up at the later time to retrieve the truck since it was delayed and the truck wasn't swept clean. The gentleman quickly swept it but it was not done well at all. The pictures of the condition of the truck were taken of a better looking truck parked in the same spot. I had to redo all of the photos to avoid the possibility of getting falsely charged. Not a great start to an already long moving day.

When we returned the truck, it asked us to make another payment. We did and it charged my wife over 400 dollard due to traveling 800 miles over the limit. We only drove around 200 miles total. We waited forever on hold and finally was able to talk to Alicia(ref. #2790808) We explained the situation and she let us know when we returned the truck that we took pictures and enter the mileage with the door ajar. She was a huge help but we are still waiting for the onsite reps to call us back to get the correct mileage etc. We talked to another rep and they put in an order for the onsite ppl to call back but we are still waiting. I understand we made the mistake for the door being ajar but it shouldn't cost us over 400 dollars for a mistake.

No one to help me disconnect heavy 6 X 12 trailer. Lot was small and difficult to maneuver trailer around. Lot was OK for trucks, not good for trailers as there was only one way in and out.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The office was just a portable on a small lot. The vehicle wasn't particularly clean. But most notably the windshield was so bug-splattered that I had to wash it in order to drive it safely.

Charged a $25 cleaning fee. The van was cleaned prior to returning the rental. And, had pictures to prove the van was cleaned. Double-check your receipt with this location.
