I was overcharged for fuel when I made sure to return the equipment exactly Ias I found it also have photographic proof of mileage and gas levels, I'll dispute the charges. Rude and unprofessional individuals at that location
OLIVIER-CHRISTOP KIt was raining the whole week I had it and got wet on driver side due to gaskets coming off and raggedy and the owner or whoever he was upset bc the truck wasn't returned the day hecwas very rule. I wouldn't recommend this location due to unprofessional white people and their raggedy trucks.

CHANDRIKA WTheir system was down when I checked in. Not a huge deal, and they told me they were going to put a hold on my card, but they said it could be switched back to my corporate card when i returned it. Unfortunately, when I returned it they told me they were switching the whole amount to the corporate card, but processed the hold amount on my personal card after collecting the rest on the corporate card.

Demanded money to be paid upfront for a past due amount my daughter rented 6 years prior on here own. I Did not rent it for her and it was not associated to me? Extorted that payment and told me if I didn't like it Go elsewhere!

MARIETTE RI've had 2 bad experiences with this location. They can't get their billing right...always tries to charge me for more days that I use. Very frustrating. And you can't reach anyone to fix it.

Theresa WArea Mgr Caleb was EXTREMELY helpful. Missed placed the key and he met us with a new one! Drop off date was delayed due to family emergency and he was so patient and accommodating. Young lady at check out was so helpful, polite, happy. What turned into a disaster of a move for us… was handled with such grace by this team. My husband and I are so grateful to U-haul for being a positive experience during a difficult time.

MICHAEL KThe truck is was assigned was blocked in so I had to wait 2 hours to be able to get my truck. When the office opened, the service person did not even talk to me and was extremely rude. I have rented from uhaul before and each time has been terrible.
Sarah HThe preparation for self pickup process before business needs improvement and the owner of this location is EXTREMELY RUDE, EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, and has HORRIBLE customer service. I rather drive to a further location than to go back here and be treated and belittled the way the I was by the owner.
Christiana HI picked this truck up just before 3:57pm on January 28th. My original pick up time was for 7am January 29, but was told I wouldn't be charged anything extra and could still return it to the drop off site in Dallas by 7am January 30th. I got a text from the pick up location right after picking the truck up that said it was due back to the drop off location at 3:57pm on Jan 30th. It also gave me the same info in the App when I checked my current reservation. However, my contract that was sent to me with details said it was due back at 3:57pm on Jan. 29th (which made me nervous that we could finish by then given the rain in the area). Luckily we finished the move before that time, but you might want to make sure the App and the actual contract are consistent. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

SUMMER JExcellent drop off experience. The gentleman on site helped me unhook the trailer and checked it in for me. Top notch customer service and extremely nice.
Christopher KThe trailer was absolutely filthy with mud caked all around it. When I returned it to the drop off location, I was asked why it wasn't going to South Carolina. Apparently, the pick up location completely mixed up the paperwork. Fortunately, the drop off location was able to sort it out.

SHARON EWhen I received the truck, it didn't have the dolly that I had rented and the tank gas was almost empty. I was expecting to start my house moving right away but instead, I lost half of the day trying to get the dolly in a different location and going to put gas.

STEVEN VFirst van had a dead battery, but I was in a second van within minutes. Van could use a cleaning, but it was acceptable. Nice couple with cute dog.

GREGORY MEverything was wonderful from checking in to dropping off our U-Haul. The gentleman that were working were so nice and helpful and we would definitely rent there again.
HANNAH FThe truck equipment we rented was in poor condition. The brakes were extremely bad, the brake drums were making noise, and the battery was dead, requiring us to jump-start the vehicle. Despite our attempts to contact the pick-up location, we received no response. The vehicle was not well-maintained, causing us significant trouble. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with the U-Haul rental equipment.

Uchenna AThe trucks were parked very close together and I had rented an appliance dolly that was hard to get between the trucks to load in the back (and through some mud). Everything else was great.
MICHELE LVerify correct equipment is checked out. Even when I informed staff the trailer did not match paperwork information, I was told the change would be made. When I returned the trailer, the change was not made in system, which required a call to corporate. Also, proper PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION OF TIRES is STRONGLY suggested for tires as I experienced a blowout on highway with loaded trailer. When repair service arrived, it was then noted an additional tire needed replacing as tread on tire was worn to where metal stands were visible.

GREGORY MThe gal working the counter was kicked back with her feet up when I arrived and seemed annoyed that I was there. The place is a total dump, faded signage, dirt lot. The truck never actually got checked back in while I was there, just turned in the key and told her where it was parked. No process, no how was your rental I. Other words, no body give a damn. Too bad, these employees are bad for Uhaul's brand. From now on I will only go to a designated UHaul location and avoid all the auxiliary locations, they're worthless.
Karen PThe two employees were unable to do the computer dispatch. I stood for about 25 minutes while they clicked the mouse, called employees elsewhere, tried to complete on the tablet, etc. They were a little too relaxed and had no sense of urgency to complete the transaction. The trailer was old and filthy inside. It was covered in dirt, like it was used to haul dirt. I spend 15 minutes sweeping it out with a broom. I really wish I had a blower to get all the dirt out because it got my stuff dirty. The trailer had a rusty latch for a roll up door. The latch would jam at the top when the door was opened. After I unjammed it, I kept the door not totally open which made it more difficult to load the queen mattress. The location lot is unpaved, and it was muddy with puddles since it had rained. My shoes go wet and muddy and that tracked into my SUV. The office is a portable building with limited supplies for moving.
