The employee that I rented the truck from yesterday was very pleasant and provided great customer service. When I returned today for my refund of a cash deposit, I encountered Bill Dumont who was very rude and obviously does not comprehend or care about providing a good customer experience. I would never recommend this U-Haul facility again and will certainly never rent from this location in the future.

At the time of renting equipment had 3/4 of fuel tank. I drove only 12 miles as it was local and partial, one time moving. However, I filled gas prior to returning and it was a full tank more than 3/4 at the rental time. In my receipt, I didn’t see any credit for extra gas that I put in the equipment. I will really appreciate if Uhaul issue some credit back on my card. Thank you

The time in takes for online ordering, pick up, picture taking drop off picture taking. Let customers know quickly how this works. When you’re in the middle of a house hold move it’s hard to read everything online and learn the new process. It’s an easy process if there’s no time pressure. Also my initial calls to the pick up site neither person was very friendly or helpful especially the person at the pick up site. I can appreciate them having to work during this Pandemic. The most helpful and friendly person I talked to by phone was customer service.

The parking lot was muddy because of rain and the fact that it is just dirt with a little gravel; I slipped a few times and almost fell on my back. The truck were filthy inside with animal hair on the seats and dirt and dust everywhere. The rental office looks like it just got hit by a tornado. The only positive things were the location, the fact that they had an abundance of trucks and vans to rent and the girl working there was very polite and pleasant. it would be nice to fix the area that the trucks are stored at least put some new gravel and clean the trucks, vacuum the seats before renting them out.

I showed up 45 min before close. No one was there. I had no idea what to do with the uhaul. Waited and waited then the employee or owner decided to show up, they were very rude and to me and a couple who was also waiting. I will never use them again.

Was unable to get an accurate estimate of the cost of truck rental, and then when returned it was $100 more than the estimate they gave me. I don't understand why it wouldn't be possible to give an accurate estimate, I knew exactly how many miles I was going to travel with the truck. In addition I wanted to pay with a different card than I had rented with - but when I returned the truck at 10:00am the next day there was nobody there, I waited until 10:15 but nobody showed (posted hours said open at 10). So then I had to go back and was told I couldn't change the card that was charged, but then a call was made and then I was able to get that person to change the card that was charged over speakerphone. No apology was offered for no personnel being available when I returned the truck during posted business hours

The person in this location is having bad day and he just didn't want a deal with me. I did what Uhaul internet advertisement ask to do. But I was treated badly. Also I used my renter truck for 3 hours and returned to this location but 2 weeks later, I got notified from not returned equipment department that this truck is not checked in. So my husband called this location and asked them to find the truck and check in for us. So they did. But this was bad experience I never want a deal with again
