My pickup time was supposed to be 10:00 am. The gentleman whose job it was to open the office didn't even arrive until well after 10. There were several people standing around waiting for the office to open when he arrived. Apparently opening late is not unusual for this location.ROBERT C.

There were multiple issues with my experience renting from this location which includes the area sales manager making his own â€œprotocolsâ€ for renting equipment for customers having an out of state drivers licence. This ensured that I could not get what I had booked for, after reserving it almost a week in advance. This was not a case of oversight. As a result, I watched the truck that I had reserved a week in advance being driven off by somebody else while I waited for almost an hour, having an approval over mobile pick up. Beyond this, the gas level was wrong and the agent at the location messed up the reservation royally. I would urge everyone to: 1. Not use location, but instead go to a UHaul company owned location. Never had any issues there. 2. If you do end up using this location, check everything twice, use mobile pick up/ drop off and contact Uhaul support directly instead of dealing with anybody from the location.Adheesh P.

The Owner is absolutely an angry person. We Reserved a TRUCK & Equipment multiple times. 2nd time, the Owner Rented the Equipment out from under us to someone else! This was IN SPITE that WE HAD A RESERVATION & HAD a CC on File. NO CALL and NO COMMUNICATION! We were UNDER the Time he stated, and THEN he changed his story to cover his backside. We guess, One Excuse is as Good as Any Other! In Other Words, OUR Equipment should have still been WAITING FOR US ON LOCATION.... STILL WAITING FOR US!!! The Owner Cost us $150 in Labor Which WE ALREADY HAD PAID for MOVING LABOR!! Then this most RECENT RENTAL PERIOD, we had a Medical Emergency and the Owner kept Calling and Harassing us to bring Equipment back WHICH we WERE STILL PAYING FOR!!! SERIOUSLY?! Do NOT Rent from this location, IF the Owner is pissed off at the World, then SELL YOUR BUSINESS & RETIRE. OR GO DO SOMETHING ELSE. You don't have to be such a PRICK.Roger G.

The inside of the cab needs to be cleaned between rentals. Checking that equipment is in proper repair. Ie sending out a truck to go across the country with a roller on the rear door that was clearly broken or out of alignmentJULIE D.

You can keep other locations in Frisco Texas, because I would never go back to the pick up location again. We used your online check in process because we had to have an early start for the day since the location does not even op until 10AM. We were there, completed the process ok - but their lot is so small that the truck we rented was blocked in by several trucks. We weren't the only ones there that were in that same situation. But not us - not again..Robert I.
Just make sure you have some extra time...to chat with the people who work there especially the owner. What a storyteller & all around fun guy. Very pleasant experience overall.Patrick L.
Because they are hard to get in touch with.... But when you're able to reach someone the customer service was outstanding.... After I return the truck I lost a pair of earrings I tried to reach out and call them they never called back I even talked to customer service at the 1-800 number... its my first time ever i used uhaul, and i was shocked by the way dealership can commit mistake and charge you for two days, despite of me returning the truck with in window 4 hours the inaccuracy si not tolerable when it comes to customers money, and upon asking , i was told 'i don't know , call the customer service'. horrible experience. Moving forward i would rather prefer renting a truck from home depot.Nandan T.

While I was concerned about the location not answering voice messages, I called U-HAUL corporate... wanting to know WHICH truck to pick up early (by the app). They said "They will send a text with details a day or two before..." I got NOTHING by noon of the day before, I went back to your website and found a video explaining the app check-in process -- so I braved it the next morning! After a few bad pictures of docs, a LIVE rep texted me and helped! YES, excellent! FROM THEN ON... no problems AT ALL! All went very well... and I was very pleased overall... and especially that I didn't have to wait til 10 AM to get started! But WORK ON EXPLAINING the process ahead of time! ThxBrian B.
How in the hell do you charge me 2 days. This is fraud!!! Clearly you were told all I needed was to move a sofa and needed the truck for 4 hrs maximum. That truck was returned last night between 6 and 7pm. Keys were dropped off in the box as instructed!!! I will make sure the corporate office knows this unethical practice on your part at this location this is no mistake nor appropriate!!!! Hope this is not happening to others that don't pay attention to the lame receipt you send by email... Charging a customer over the appropriate fees...ANGELA B.
