I'm a clean person. I like a clean environment especially in automobile. I've rented several trucks from several different locations and I never got one that was clean. I wipe it down and the sanitizer wipes was BLACK. So it's the norm. The rental experience was good. They were very nice.
Monica BI had ordered furniture pads and they were not in the van. There was no gas in the truck - it was on empty. It also needed the oil changed. The back of the van along with the can were dirty - I myself removed trash before we left. The check in process took over 30 minutes due to the app not responding.

OLLIN RMake sure the Frog Pawn people check the trucks for damages before they rent them again They did not answer my questions truthfully Tire was flat and the wheel was severely damaged Glad I got it all on video before driving off of frogs property My advice is you should drain the frog pond!!!
Ted DEverything went smooth and easy from start to finish. No issues. Only concern was the 10ft truck I rented had a bad front tire(s) and vibrated a lot which was a security concern. Fortunately, I was on a very short trip. I reported when I returned. Will use this location again. Everyone was nice and helpful.

KIM BThe truck brake light came on, would stay on for a while, then go out for awhile, come back on, etc. Other than that, everything was okay
Walter WThe young men who worked there were very helpful before we even reserved the truck we were getting in Hickory. If we had not gone early, returning it may have been a bit trickier since it was after dark. The lighting could be a bit better in the parking lot for late returns.

MICHAEL CWhen we rented the vehicle it was not properly clean. All windows were very filthy and there was no water in the car to clean the windows. That can be a hazard especially when it's very sunny.
Lucy VTo improve this location you would need agents with better attitudes and professionalism. Next service your equipment. The truck I rented had the check engine light on and the transmission sound as if it was going to drop out.

morri wThe truck was so messed up that we were praying to have this truck moving. The transmission was so bad and making loud sounds. worst experience. never rent a truck from this location. Deeply disappointed

Tyler CI don't think it was the location They were polite and courteous. They did not have pads, even though I ordered 24. Is that their fault or Uhaul. I thought it was Uhauls. I originally rented the vehicle from another U-Haul location and my rental got transferred to Frogs. Engine light was on the entire weekend

MICHAEL CThe vehicle was filthy. It was not cleaned before we rented it, and had less than a fourth tank of gas. We rented the same type of van in Roswell, GA last year and the experience and service was outstaning.
