The overall experience with U-Haul was very positive. The truck was ready when I arrived to pick it up, and it was very clean. The move went very smoothly and I was able to return the truck on the same day. The only negative experience I had was when I went to returned the truck. It was after hours and I had a difficult time logging into the return website. I had to repeat the process at least three times before it went through. Other than that, everything went better than expected.jo R.
Truck had very loud and continuous noise from engine compartment. Clerk said U-Haul said it is OK to drive, but I think it should be repaired. Front-end play was too much for comfortable driving on the highway. Truck reservation was changed by U-Haul from Madison to Monroe, requiring extra travel of at least 30 miles and well over an hour of added time for me to return to Madison for load pickup. Overall, U-Haul management of booking and poor quality of truck result in my decision not to use U-Haul for rental in the future.Andrew H.

Reservation was changed from 8am to 9am without asking me. I changed it back, and then it was changed again without asking me. Got a call from Uhaul saying location did not offer 24 hour pick up and "they hope it's ok" that they changed the reservation up an hour. Tried calling back and couldn't reach anyone. Got there an hour later than I wanted and truck did not have dolly inside of it, which meant I had to go inside (defeating the purpose of mobile check in) and ask for the dolly. Truck sounded HORRIBLE. When you pressed the breaks it squelled so bad it that you could hear it 100 feet away. Truck was not cleaned or sanitized because there was a pair of glasses in the cup holder and trash in the floor. Not a good experience.Christopher W.

I ordered a furniture and a utility dolly. Neither where in the truck and the location was closed when I picked up my truck so there was no way to obtain them or get someone to credit my account. I called U-Haul to report it but it was not confirmed that the charges would be removed.Christie A.

The customer service was great. Very nice people . The lot was pretty muddy but then again it has rained in our area none stop for days so that is probably pretty unavoidable. They were very helpful and nice people.Melissa J.
i was told by two separate employees to return the trailer anytime on Sunday and the charge would be for a two day rental. either U haul doesn't properly train their employees or ya'll are a company set up to miss lead customers so you can have a higher profit margin. My wife owns a Veterinary Practice and I have owned a construction company since 1990, if we were to miss lead our customers like ya'll have us we would both not have any customers. very disappointed with U haul and Frog pawn treatment.MIchael M.
