Ordered a dolly and a dozen blankets, none were in the rental unit. Being closed the entire day, on a Saturday when working people are more apt to move on the weekends is ridiculous. The Waterloo location on Commercial St is much better, especially is extra equipment is required.

I found your online experience check-in process to be a downfall for me, I called the customer service center and talked with Patricia; she helped with the online check-in to get me down the road. Great customer service representative. I feel a need to have more communication with the customer about the process of the online check-in to prepare for the event. The equipment was well-maintained clean and ready for use. The fuel efficiency was excellent for a truck that was 20' in size. Easy to drive and park with no problem backing up with the large mirrors makes it so easy. I would give a 5-star review even with the bad check-in because of the ease with the return which was smooth. Great experience!

Michael BFix your app. I repeated the same activity on the app multiple times with no changes before it finally worked. Do you have instructions on there telling people to enable location services but you do not tell them how to do this. At time of pick up your process requires people to purchase additional insurance.
Doug AI ordered and paid for a furniture DOLLY and there were PADS instead. Very inconvenient find once at my location to load my belongings.
Trisha TWanted a u haul for 3 days and you wouldn't rent me one because it was not available. But the other 2 haven't moved. I believe you are creating your own demand. I tried to rent from another location and you forced me to go to frost event center. Which is a closet on a corner in the hood. I have rented 3 uhauls in the last few weeks. And this pickup was terrible , no one was there you tried to send me to a different location after I was there. I will be giving 0 stars every chance I get. I need to rent 1 more time but I won't be using your company. Thanks for wasting my time and money
andrew uThis location was awful. They didn't plow or shovel, so we kept getting stuck. We had to shovel for two hours, and all we had to do it with was an ice scraper. We asked for a partial refund. A few pieces of trash in the truck too

Chloe NThe 24 hour pickup took almost 30 minutes, cutting into our reservation time. I rented a dolly and there was no dolly. We had to find another location to pick up a dolly from, which cut into even more time. Same thing with the 24/7 return. My husband was an authorized driver, after more time waiting for a rep to call us for verification. It took forever. There should be extra time given for the amount of time it took to even get the truck.

There was grass from my feet on the driver side floor and he told me I was a dirty person for not cleaning it out before returning it. Please have someone call me about my issues there are more

All the process runs smoothly the manager of this facility was very helpful and very kind to me and my family. 2 thumps up. To the manager of this facility: Keep doing what you doing because you are doing it right.

Marvin JThe location is not acutally called FROST EVENT CENTER, it is simply located NEAR the Frost Event Cetner. This is highly confiusing, especially since teh site was not staffed during the drop-off hours. Mileage allowance for the assigned pickup location, my home address provided at the time of reservation, and the eventual drop off location assigned (nearest location to my destination) was not sufficient to achieve the travel, even with most direct route.
chris hthe self check in did not work so I had to call for someone to come in but he came super quick, within 5 minutes at 6 am. I would recommend to anyone, he was so nice and helpful

Leana MOwner of the facility needs to remodel the place, install exterior lighting ad cameras for security since he is never there. I am still not happy with you charging me $1,19 per mile which seriously causes financial issues for me.

LYNN WThe truck was in Terrible shape. The rear view mirrors wont stay in place making it unsafe to drive. The wheels were severely misaligned, I had to drive with the steering wheel tilted 90 degrees to the left to make it go almost straight. The place for the pickup was shady with abandoned cars around, it didn't feel safe. Overall my worst experience with a moving truck.
Ramon LI filled up with 2,5 gallons of gas right before I dropped it off and they charged me for gas anyway. Can't get ahold of anyone to get refunded my 8-10 dollars

SHARON LThis location did not have pads or boxes as I requested. The place had sewer odor inside the building, making it impossible to even go into the facility. I was told to be there at 9 am. No one was onsite. Someone finally arrived after 10 am and told me I had to go to the University U-haul to get pads and blankets. I originally reserved my vehicle at the University location, but U-haul changed it. I wasted hours to try and get everything done. Rented from U-haul many times, but will consider other options in the future.

He was busy when we returned it the next day, but took the time to make sure everything went well for us! Would recommend his shop to others!
Claudia BWe had dropped off the U-Haul with the dolly in the cabin part of the truck so would not get stolen or damaged we had called up there many times cuz we had left a pillow inside the U-Haul but the guy mentioned he would call us back as soon as he got in there to let us know that he was there but he never did call the U-Haul itself was completely cleaned cabin and the back but we are still being charged for a cleanup of the U-Haul we took pictures of the cabin and the back part of the truck showing that it was completely cleaned why did we get charged a cleanup fee. Also when we got the truck it was on half a tank of gas U-Haul is now saying that it was just above half a tank of gas which is false.
