Very well managed and maintained

Mildred AMy first time using UHaul, everything went well, I had to call customer service to help me with logging in,.They were excellent and very helpful. Once you've logged in, it's a smooth process. I highly recommend it. No improvement needed. Thank you U-HAUL for your service.

Christian NI was charged for cleaning the cab. I sure didn't see that coming. They claimed there was so much work to get it ready for the next rental because of dog hair. I had no contact with a dog before, during, or after the trip. I think I would have noticed if there was dog hair.
Cheryl CWorst experience ever. The local dealer first of all is the rudest person I have ever done business with. I'm not sure how no one has ever knocked him out behind that desk he hides behind. The tires on our truck were retread tires and shredded on the highway. Very dangerous and this idiot clown here did not care at all and told us to leave and he doesn't care about any of this bc he doesn't work with Uhaul nor For Uhaul. I have a big mouth and know a lot of people so I won't let up until he is out of business. Good luck with that clown representing your brand. He makes you all look like a complete joke with piece of shit trucks that you can't fix within a day bc your dispatch is also a bunch of uneducated idiots. Fuck all of y'all.

ROBERTO BMy scheduled pickup time was 1pm. I arrived at 1:08pm and the ONLY person "the boss" that could process my rental was out to lunch. He arrived back around 1:25pm. Then, the system wasn't working properly or was just very slow. I checked in online days before, only thing needed was payment. Just getting the key was another 10-15 min. Not a pleasant experience.

RAYMOND RI returned the U Haul with the amount of gas I received it with and was still charged 10 dollars. This was aggravating to me as I did what I was suppose too.

Joseph SThere was a wall art decor left in the Van, snug against the side. I returned the Van with the wall art decor on the bed of the VAN in hopes it's not missed and returned to the owner. Hopefully they called and left message at the location's office. The cab had dirt, mud on the steps and dirty. I returned it cleaner in the cab than I received. it.

Hariam GParking is pain at this location. The truck AC wasn't working right AFTER we loaded the entire truck. Uhaul nor the dealer did anything to compensate for the poorly maintained truck. Would not use this location again or recommend it.
Shyh JThe truck we picked up was very noisy, though clean. When we dropped it off, the staff thought the catalytic converter was either missing or disconnected. Made for a long five hour drive!
Brent FI was charged $7 for a green tag on the dolly that was not in the truck in the first. When I spoke to the receptionist he laughs and tells me "it's just $7". He was being arrogant and sarcastic which made me mad. I do t see why I haul charges me for a stag that wasn't there in the first place. I don't see why I should recommend anyone to this location if you get charged for something that is not there.

Ray THave more options when renting per example if you do not need the uhaul for 24 hrs you could offer a special price or a discount

Jeffrey BWe ordered a uhaul with a dolly and furniture blankets and it come with absolutely nothing and the truck was dirty. We also did not get a refund for the missing equipment.

James TWe were first uhaul rental from this location so took a while. Uhaul moved my reservation which left me stranded. Had to catch a ride to new location and got stranded there because it was closed. We had to make multiple calls and we were all blamed for supposedly making our reservations on a weekend. Finally got reservation moved to this location but once again had to find a ride. I should have listened and rented from Penske.
