I received this truck dirty. There were food crumbs and what appeared to be a hash brown in the driver side door. The truck also had a mild musty odor. It’s no big deal. However, when I returned the truck, the location had the audacity to charge a $30 cleaning fee. This is the first time I have had a sub par experience with a U-Haul truck. I’m sure that U-haul will address this unfair charge but I would not recommend this location.

Estee BThe only issue I had was even though I reserved the truck a week in advance, I still had to call and get help because my reservation would not show up on the app. It was fixed quickly over the phone, since the location is closed on Saturdays. Overall as good as it can be.
