Was not the location that I requested.

DARLENE HTook 3 hrs to get U-Haul dolly had a flat they told me if I got it fixed I’d be reimbursed I wasn’t I never got my deposit back or what I paid for the tire and they tried to charge me after drop off because the in store rep put the wrong delivery location worst experience of my life still they owe me 152 dollars

JOHN BChange the way you rent moving trucks for one way rental. Didn't need the truck for 2 days , but had to pay for 2 days and only need if for half a day.
DEJUAN MThru didn't give me the right drop off location. My destination was 2 hours south from my pick up location. They wanted me to drop the truck off 4 hours north from my destination.

Anthony Swas suppose to open at 9. We arrived at 9:15. No one there.
JOHN SI felt like I was having to convince the guy that I wanted to rent a truck from him. He kept trying to find other locations, some were farther away. When I picked the truck up it was smaller than the one I asked for, but I took it anyway because I was on a time schedule.

Tyesha GBe sure to put the accurate gas mileage when the customer picks the uhaul up. I have pictures of the mileage and gas hand before I left the parking lot at the Fultondale location as well as a picture of the mileage and gas hand when I returned it to the uhaul location in munford. I was charged for almost $13 in gas when the gas hand was in the same spot as iy was when I picked up the uhaul. A complete rip off! You should never give your customers a vehicle that isn't full of gas to begin with.

crosby cMy rental had a check engine light on and ran very rough, additionally, the gas gauge was wonky and fluctuate a lot.
David PAlthough using the Mobile app was convenient, the process wasn't easily maneuvered. After several failed attempts to access. I contacted customer service and was greeted by Travis. His patience, and professionalism was "Over the Top". He is to be commended..thank you Travis.

eliane lThe owner was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate her walking me through the online process. I would 100 % recommend this location. The rental truck was dirty in the cargo area. We don't want to put our stuff in it and had to clean it out before we could use it.
NADRA AThe uhaul app would not work,so it took almost an hour on the phone trying to get help. App kept saying it couldn't locate our location. The facility was nice,but I wouldn't recommend renting different than their non traditional hours. When you have a day of moving planned,an hour is a long time to waste.

Lee CThis location sent me out with a 6x12 enclosed trailer that had a messed up axle and a tire ready to pop. They have not answered my phone calls and are still trying to charge me for the rental. I had my wife and little kids with me I'm just glad that it didn't cause us to wreck.
