I only issue was we had a hard time with the app and uploading the photos before leaving the lot. Working the app is not super convenient.

Nicole WMAKE SURE THE GAS TANKS ARE FULL AND BRING IT BACK FULL!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous to have to pick it up with an EIGHTH of a tank of gas in it!!! 😡😡😡 WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT HAVING TO STOP AND BUY GAS AS SOON AS I LEFT WITH THE TRUCK!
Hulett KApp is not user friendly- need the boxes for key locks and codes to be on the app prominent, not at the end of return information. Would also like to be able to upload your contact information for background earlier in the process.
Stephanie SProbably to make sure the key to the vehicle is in the lock box before their arrival. Maybe also don’t make the customer feel you don’t want to help them and then have them have to suggest another size so they are able to move instead of saying you will have to cancel the contract and contact a supervisor. Might just be helpful for a slogan of guarantee to maybe actually guarantee a truck.
