We went back on a day that was advertised to be open but was not and looked like it has not been for years. Very dirty and NO PERSONAL at location.

W. DEAN REUTHERHold on to the employee who helped me! She was fantastic. She was willing to open the store on a Saturday to make sure that I got the trailer that I needed to pick up. She was incredibly patient and polite. She's a keeper!
James PolandNo one was there to check out the truck for us so we were moved to online check in. The digital portion of uhauls pickup was a disaster. We waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot and 10 minutes on the phone to reset our account. Another family was also there to pickup there rental and they were struggling ro get the scan to work too. Save yourself time and just go to Penske.
Matthew VelazcoThis is a confusing location to find. Were it not for seeing U-Haul trucks on the lot, I would have missed it because there is absolutely no signage. The 'Furniture Store' is simply a run down brick building, again, with no signage. The lot is small, cramped, and somewhat difficult to get out of with the 26' truck and car trailer. The attendant rescheduled my pick up of the truck and trailer a day earlier than needed because I had requested 10am for pickup time, she said 'I don't get there that early so can you pick it today?'. She was a nice person and seemed competent, also added a day to my rental because of the early pick up. The problem is, I lost most of a day of packing to unexpectedly go get the truck, which was at a location that was an hour from my home. That put even more pressure on us to get the truck packed, not to mention finding a place to park the truck and trailer overnight because I lived in a HOA patrolled neighborhood that would not allow moving vans to be parked on the street. It was very inconvenient having to park the truck and trailer at an overflow lot for a movie theatre, which when I went to retrieve my truck and trailer, had the police and the security people for the lot waiting to talk to me and threatening to have the equipment towed. This all began with having to pick my equipment up at 1pm the day before I needed it instead of my request of 10am the day of loading.
Scotty MartinNo individual was at the location if you needed any assistance. The 800 number was very helpful. A dolly I had requested was not in the vehicle when I rented it, I am hoping they removed that charge.

Roberta CupoliIt took me over an hour to process to get the trailer. Plus it was only one person ( older female that was injured ) and I had to hook up a 6 x 12 trailer all by myself without any portable lift. I physically had to lift the front of the trailer on my hitch which i almost gave up as it was hurting my back as I honestly know I pulled lower back muscles. Never again well I use this location. I almost just left. Then she said she needed to take a picture after I hooked up the trailer. I think I am due a refund. After I got home I was texted from Uhaul telling me the other people were looking for the trailer and wanted me to return as soon as possible Horrible Horrible ordeal 200 %
keith loaderThey weren't open when supposed to be open. They added additional fees without a follow up. The individual said she couldn't read the gas reader and she just guest they gave it to me on full. When the paper clearly says 1/4 tank . So I was billed over price. Disappointed

Joseph JoyNo staff was ever at the site. I did coordinate an early pick up but the supplies needed (2 hand trucks and moving blankets were not in the truck at pick up time. At return time of 3pm, the office was empty and locked and could not receive a refund for the missing items charged.
Todd YuleFor one don't give away a vehicle that was reserved to a walk in appointment just because they're "an out of town" vs an "in-town" move. If a vehicle is reserved you should honor that. Because of this location's unprofessional conduct I had to make 3 times the amount of trips due to getting a truck half the size. Not only that but the truck was in terrible condition. I was offered a $10 discount. That's great. $10 to offset three times time miles. Also, right mirror was unusable until I was able to fix it back home. My entire first drive I was blind on the right side. Unfortunately it was the day of moving and I had no choice but to use this horrible truck since my reserved truck was given out from under me just so this location could make a few extra bucks. I will never use this location again and I sure won't be using, or recommending, uhaul to anyone I know.

Andrew WeirNo one was there for the return even during working hours says they close at 3:00 I was there at 1:00 and place was locked. I drop off my 5x9 trailer on saturday the same day I rented it and was charged an second day rental called the location for two days no one ansawers . this place is a joke and I want a refund. Not my fault no one was there. I have pictuers with date and time of drop off. I even called the uhaul coutomer service number and when the placed was locked and no one was there. so you should also have record that the return was made on the same day of rental.

ADRIENE HARRISWhen we got there on pickup day to get the truck, we got the key no problem. However, there was a lock on the back without a code. We called the 800 number and still couldn't get in. We had to wait until the following day to go back when the place opened to see about getting a code. My other choice was cancel the reservation and book another which I did not have the funds for after paying $900 on this truck. Upon arrival the following morning we were there but the owner was not. We waited an hour after open time for her to show up only to tell us that was not her lock and we had to call the 800 number again to have them reach a regional manager to cut the lock off. This initial debacle caused us to move all hotel reservations ahead a day and reschedule movers for the following day. The lock debacle caused me to lose the moving help I hired as I only had them for 3 hours and by the time this lock was cut off and we got back to the house, the movers time I paid for was over. They were able to help load the first truck I had but not the second at all. Such a waste of time and money. This location is the worst. You'll lose money and time and the frustration isn't worth it.

Richard HowardI don't know about the facility because I didn't not enter the building. The truck was old and damaged from previous use. I rented the truck extra days and they charged for the insurance every day. Will never rent one again.
Amanda GoodwinIt was very hot in the building and they were having some kind of computer problem so it took forever for them to check in the guy in front of me and then have me check out the truck. Its July in southern GA..you have to have AC. Then the truck had a broken mirror and the little red indicator that told you what gear you were in was broken so you could not tell if you were in drive or reverse or park..etc. Then the kicker was the checking back in process. what a joke. the time it took to check out the truck and then check it back is was ridiculous. I was late(3hrs) getting the truck back..but the place was closed all day so no one was checking it out after me and I was charged for another full day! I know you have 6 and 12 hr rental times, I feel like I got a crappy truck and a crappy deal. This is why my family always uses Budget. I should have listened to them!.

Javaughn FrancisI scheduled to pickup at a location close to my move. My pickup time and location was moved to another location. That location did not have the truck I was scheduled to pickup. I was diverted to this location 20 minutes further away. I was also required to return to the further location. Due to the scheduling changes and issues my planned AM start time was pushed back 3 hours requiring me to work in the hottest part of a 100 degree day. I was denied my request for a $50 credit for their reserve guarantee. I had extra fuel and mileage charges due to the change in pickup and return location that I will never get back. I have used Uhaul numerous times in the past but will highly recommend other truck and trailer rental services moving forward because of the experience and how it was handled by the customer service reps. I was hung up on before speaking to a rep twice when trying to figure out where my truck was while at the second pickup location and twice at completion of the rental. All 4 hangups were after waiting for several minutes to get through to a rep. Do not Go Uhaul.
Joseph BurokerU-Haul basically stole $200 dollars from me. I was charged twice for my rental. It took 2 days to finally reach customer service. Which was no help and simply told me to call my bank. I set up a dispute to get my money back and still have not received anything in over two weeks now. I will not ever use uhaul again and strongly discourage anyone else from doing so, unless they too want their money stolen and never compensated.

July FontechaTruck was dropped off after hours therefore did not have any first first hand experience with the staff however after the fact and via telephone was very happy and satisfied with all individual dealt with and would definitely recommend going to that location again
earl gageI was charged 140 for what was supposed to be around $40.00. I will be contacting the location to see how to resolve this issue.
