trailer had previous damage that was marked and documented but should have been fixed.. made it look ratty. they promised me an extra day since the equipment was not ready at the original location but then sent me a return date and time a day early. thank goodness I was done and able to return it on the schedule but this was frustration since it was originally not due to return till Wed 7.22.2026 and I had to return it 7.21.2026 after driving 450 miles

The pick up location was okay and the staff member there was very kind and helpful; the issue was that this location was far from our GUARANTEED pick up location and the truck they eventually found was much larger than we wanted or were prepared to drive long distance. Despite online reservation AND return email from UHAUL guaranteeing our truck was available- there were NO trucks available when we arrived and we lost time moving while they searched for a truck. The reservation was made 2 months in advance. This was not acceptable business practice.

Michael LOur reservation was cancelled on us 12 hours before the move and we had to last minute book a smaller trick with this location. There was nobody at the location at the hours it said they were open and there were multiple people waiting for them to arrive and nobody was answering the phone. They also cancelled my reservation for the toy hauler without even giving me a call because I didn’t pick it up on the first day of the reservation despite my husband telling them I wouldn’t be picking it up until the next day.
