Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable!!

The truck wad not loomed at or checked in until a few days after I dropped it off. I put $20 of gas in the tru truck at gas mart but then was charged $15 more for gas yet it only said 5 miles less until empty lower then it did when I picked it up. So according to the math your trucks get 1,33 miles to the gallon. That's incorrect so I was charged for fuel I didn't use.

Woman that checked us out was unfriendly, argumentative and made ever inconvenience the customers problem. She wasn't able to confirm drop off station and when I asked if it was the address I had used the week prior (gave her the address) she said "I don't know". She asked if I needed blankets and I said I don't and she said "that's why I'm asking to make sure you don't need them" in an aggressive tone. Other than that I just felt like an inconvenience to her the entire transaction. Took over a hour to get our truck and she gave us the wrong truck. Didn't match the license plate. Thank god for customer service and scheduler helping and being nice.

The location was changed 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Upon arrival at the adjusted location, the representative took far too long to come up to the check-in kiosk when another employee informed them that I arrived to pick up the U-Haul and upon returning the rental, I filled the gas back up to the level it was at pick-up before returning the vehicle. I was still charged a fuel surcharge despite paying to refuel the rental vehicle.

Staff at Gas Mart were helpful and friendly both at pick up and drop off. No problems at all.

Ms Ruby was rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I'd ask for help and she would answer sarcastically and make no attempt to help me and continually argued with me trying to tell me I didn't need help. If I didn't I wouldn't have been asking for help. The worst experience I've ever had at a uhaul location ever.

The only problem was being redirected to this location after having made my reservation for another more convenient location. For me, this location added an hour to my day

The whole process was a mess. It took over an hour to get the key, they didn't know what they were doing whatsoever. The person who handles the U-Haul rentals was not there despite us having the reservation for multiple days prior. Our rental wasn't in the system, and on top of everything they didn't give us the dolly we needed.

When I made the reservation online I turned down insurance on trailer, when I picked it up gas mart told me it was mandatory. When I called U-Haul directly they said it's not mandatory and refunding my money.

Very poor customer service. I'm disabled and they expected me to do the work loading a 6×12 trailer with my hands. I had to ask another customer if he could help me. I'll never rent from there again!

Stop the hidden fees!!!!! It would be nice to have been told that if you don't fold the blankets back up, you will charge me $25. Also, it would have been nice to know I would be charged $20 if I didn't use the mobile app to drop the truck off. I only found this out when I was back home and unable to check in to verify my location. The hidden fees make you guys look sketchy.

3 miles per gallon of gas is really bad. Better mileage would make it perfect

Horrific. Charged 3xnas much not including mileage. Charged me for insurance even though I have proof I declined coverage. Kept my deposit for a week only refunded 30 something bucks out of 200 dollar deposit and less than 30 miles. Unreal.

The mobile drop off was confusing

We dropped the truck off after hours. The location is inside of a gas station which makes it easy to fuel up the last time before returning the truck.

we was told that they was only there from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to rent them out and we needed it by 5:00 am the following morning so we rented it out at 2:00 pm and woudd have to have it back at 5:00 pm the following day. And only would have to paid for one day. I get an emaill two days later with a statment charging me for two days..I called U haul and thy said anything over 24 hours is charge for another day. Was not what I was tolld when I rented it . Will never use U Haul again and will tell others about my experience. Had to go to Kirksville Mo. from St Louis and back again to move our granddaughter home from the university. Turn out to be expensive

She could have been a bit more friendly! We had an issue. The rod and pin that holds the hitch on came off while bringing the trailer back!! It slammed k to my car and went about three feet under it!! I asked her to report it to be investigated and take pics and file claim just in case and she acted like it was an annoyance

The lot was full of trailers and the workers cars, I couldn’t even drop my trailer in the correct spot then on top of that i declined the extra for insurance because I have some already and they still charged me

I wish they would check you in quicker when you bring back the truck and I wish they would do take off the hold off of my credit card quicker and give me a receipt quicker than what they do

The uhaul workers were not at the location at the time of pick up. It was scheduled at 2:45m. It took 30 mins for them to get to the location. After I dropped it off, the gas station cashier didn't alert uhaul staff that I returned it ahead of time and I was still billed for two days instead of one. It was a trailer. I got a refund thankfully but the lack of organization of that location makes it not reliable and word of mouth can lose them uhaul business.

I ordered moving pads…they had none. I called every Uhaul store within 25 miles…they had none. At pickup the store couldn't identify my drop off location.

Full of snow, but this is an outside storage area and it was freezing outside. Would have been nice to have the unit blown out. But I understand.

Lingering smell of cigarettes from previous renter. Did not bother me, but unsure if there are extra cleaning procedures UHaul would like to utilize prior to next renter.

This location forces you to take the optional insurance. DO NOT USE the Gas Mart in Imperial.

Very crowded location, too much going on. Primary business is a gas station. Lots of traffic, doesn't work well for a return location. One tight spot I had to back a trailer into, people without towing experience would have trouble. It was uphill, so couldn't manually position the trailer. Had to find chocks for the wheels while the employee held it in place.

I am disputing the charges from this dealer, they are not correct and they dont have time to explain why they over charged me . they didnt even have the time to check me in yesterday, just sent a bill to my account and charged me 185,75 for a 2 day rental.

When I dropped off the trailer the gas station attendant said to just leave the trailer parked in the lot. The next day I received a text that told me I needed to drop off my trailer. They need a better check in system at this location.
