Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGood evening! I rented a truck this morning from the gas station, Gas Mart 7 in Imperial, MO. It had a quarter tank of gas and I was driving it about 30 miles and then 30 miles back to the gas station. My first issue is that I assumed this big truck would use more gas than my personal SUV. I literally put 22 gallons in for $88 and have the receipt. I only used a quarter of a tank. So I dropped the truck off at the gas station at 3:20 PM at over 3/4 full tank. Is there any way I can be reimbursed for some of that? I was trying to be responsible and made the mistake of filling the tank. Second, my truck was great, except I kept getting passed by angry people who would like to give me "the finger" and honk at me. I didn't understand what was going on and pulled into a gas station about halfway to my destination. I walked around the truck, making sure everything was OK and it seemed to be. Then, a car stopped and told me my brake lights weren't working. So, the guy had me check front and back lights and there were no brake lights or left blinker lights. I only made the 1 trip even though I needed to make 2 trips, but I was worried someone may run into me for not seeing me slowing down or stopping. Thank you for assisting me and checking to make sure the truck is working properly for the next renters.
Michelle CPlease have the gas tank full. I received the U-Haul with the tank of gas less than 1/4 full.
