I'm not sure how mileage is figured, but we were 1 mile over resulting in a 1$ upcharge. Alittle more flexibility in choosing our route to destination or atleast tell us what route you are using would be beneficial.

Bruce TTrain employees so they do a more thorough job. I asked for 15ft box truck and had to go pick my own truck out. Didnt realize I picked a 20ft and was not informed that it was a 20ft. Wasnt told about the app to download for roadside assistance or what to do in case of an accident. got charged for a late fee but was told i had 24hr to return. Was also told if I return it after hours to do it online and if I had to talk to a representative it would cost an extra $20. It was my first time renting from Uhaul and to me was a poor experience. I thought the $29,95 truck rental plus mileage at $1,29 per mile (only drove just under 100 miles)was a great deal until this experience cost me over $200 with late fees ect because the employee did not check truck in when I dropped it off

Terry KPoor customer service, and unprofessional. Obviously we were not a customer when my husband was told he needed to wait so they could wait on customers. After we got to our destination. We realized that the back of the door had a lock on it. I called their location andnot only treated rudely but was hung up on. I called u-haul regarding this problem. And was given the lock code (the lock was left at the location we rented the truck) So my husband brings the truck back to the store to either exchange trucks or to have the lock removed. While my husband waits.The man suggested to my husband that if he had a grinder then he (my husband) could get the lock off. But my husband works have to wait until he took care of his customers. Which doesn't make sense. Because, I thought we were paying customers as well. Such a very bad experience. Not to mention that the original rental, which was canceled. Was for the wrong days. And the was wrong (Dayne Pearson 25494391). My parents went in this location with me on the phone to make sure of the dates. And they messed that up. Yvette Ferrell 417-296-1110
glynn pI have rented several times from this location however this time the vehicle was absolutely disgusting. The floors were covered with something thaf had been split, we had to put packing paper on the passenger seat because of something that was left on the seat. Dirty kleenex in the front as well as some kind of small electronic piece. The back had not been swept out. I went in and spoke to the sales associate he came out and said go a head and take it and I will check with the manager. Have heard nothing from him, if I wouldn't have needed it that day, i would have went to some other location to rent a truck. I will say this is only the 1st bad experience at this location.

BENITO LI feel that I was over charged for the iles I used I would never use that uhaul service again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that I know they SUCKED a big rip-off
DANDRE SI rented an enclosed 6x12 trailer. I could barely lift it and struggled to get it off the ground and on to the hitchball by myself. Once i did get it on the truck, they came out to take a picture. I asked them to sweep out the back becasue it had leaves and dirt in it which they did. i will not rent from here again because of the lack of service.
Edward HUnfortunately they dropped the ball this time. I was given 3 different tow dollies for use that were all messed up. 1st one had broken straps that holds the vehicle on. 2nd one had a broken wire loom, so the lights didn't work. 3rd one had a broken fender. I wouldn't necessarily say this is the gas n spirits fault but this stuff should be fixed before trying to pass it on to customers.
BRANDON WMaking sure the vehicle is cleaned before the next use. The truck smelled horribly like alcohol and trash 濫. If I did not need it for an emergency move I would have declined and asked for the return of my deposit.
jetton nThe Uhaul guys were at the drop-off location, not sure if they typically are, but they were helpful and made drop-off a breeze.

Faithann TThe equipment was in typical condition for U Haul clean and operable, but the rachets for the tire hold down were rusted and hard to operate same for the loading ramps. The location the worst I have been in, the people acted as if it was a inconvenience, they didn't know were the equipment was, told me to go out and look for it by the number assigned. First time I have had to hook up the equipment myself. when I returned it I had to unhook it then they complained where I dropped it. Then I did not receive any paperwork to show it was returned and in good condition. I will never use this location again.

KEVIN CGas & spirits is a popular gas station/liquor store that also does Uhaul rentals. They are understaffed so it takes unreasonably long to acquire or return any equipment.

gary mCome prepared to wait. The store is very busy and has one clerk, meaning a U-Haul transaction that has any issues can take forever. I took 45 minutes to get my trailer even though I had completed a pre-check-in.
Timothy MSHOULD HAVE MORE THAN (1) PERSON WORKING. HAD TO WAIT FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE BEFORE THEY CAN WAIT ON YOU.

Paul JOur UHaul leaked in the front attic and midway just in front of the wheel-wells. The front just impacted clothing which was a mess, but corrected with time-but a serious pain during a move. The midway leak, damaged two in-tables. We drove through rain during the evening and unloaded the next morning so unfortunately the wetness sat overnight. Other than that the staff at the location was great. I will email the regional manager about the leak as well.
Patricia MI have rented a lot of trucks with U-Haul and I can say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. The truck would not drive in a straight line, it vibrated and shook so much that it was uncomfortable to drive. This thing is quite frankly dangerous to be on the road and you haul should be ashamed to be renting this. It is quite clear that this has not been serviced in quite some time (reinforced by the fact the washer fluid was empty). The location is good. Fast, personable, good selection of equipment.

Steven OThe tail lights and side marker lights were not working. I didn't notice them when I picked it up. It wasn't until after dark that it became apparent. I told the attendant when I returned it. Nice that they were open on Sunday.

RONNIE KI don't think previous person who used truck filled the tank all the way up. Unless those trucks get 2miles per gallon I drove 43 miles and I took almost 8 gallons doesn't really add up
Andrew LCab was dirty. Back of truck left black marks on mattress and furniture. A/C temp knob was stuck/glued on warm which made for uncomfortable drive.

brian dThe actual truck was filthy. It looked like the person that rented it before me had a mobile carpentry shop in it. There was sawdust and pieces of wood everywhere. The movers that I hired to help had to sweep out the truck. All of our mattresses and things ended up getting dirty. The blankets were also filthy.
