Pooja raniFront desk guy was not pleasant to talk with. He was rude. Moreover, it was not mentioned during our conversation that the fuel charges would be separate.

Shemar nelsonWith the practice of renting out of locations that the primary business is other than renting trucks, you are not the first order of business. So you will typically wait in line. As long as you are prepared for that and show up early, you will be fine. In this case, they had to call in the assistant manager to help out as they were busy with oil changes. But I had come in a half an hour early, so I was fine.
Paul BrauenI had a fantastic experience. Leo helped me with the trailer rental. He made sure everything was safe and that I was comfortable with the connection, chains and the hitch etc. Knowledgeable and friendly. Good Job! When I dropped off the trailer, I told them that I am not good at backing up. Another friendly guy came out and said no problem and he backed it up for me, and was really polite and helpful. Not sure of his name, but I know he drove a Porsche. Good taste in cars, apparently! Thank you, and I'll definitely be back!

Christopher ArgoThe staff was extremely polite and helpful. Leo explained everything thoroughly and helped me hitch the trailer up. The whole pick up process took about 5-10 minutes. As soon as I pulled in to return the trailer, a representative came right over and unhitched the trailer.

DILSHAD MOHAMADThe service at this location was good and efficient. Paperwork and hookup to the trailer was very quick. The trailer performed well. My only comment was the trailer, although not really dirty, was not clean. I often find this with UHaul. It would make things much better if the trailers and truck were thoroughly swept out or blown out with a leaf blower.
Kevin ChalkBack saver mechanism on the front of the trailer and proper wheel chocks to preventing trailer roll. I had to use some rocks for the tires.
Anthony StreppelI made reservation to pick up the truck in Waterloo. But the last day I was told that my pick up place was 30 kilometres away from me. I don't think that was fair. I also reserved 20 foot They gave me 26..different driving experience and cost. That was disadvantage.

iqbal SinghUHaul representatives told me (and moved me to this location) that the vehicle would be available at 7am, and that a lock code would be sent to me to make the key available...this was in fact not the case, and I was required to wait until the facility opened at 9am. Luckily an employee showed up early that day and was able to get me going, albeit a little late.

Dean StGermainThis was NOT the location that I requested. The text that I received did not indicate a change in place in the subject line and I went to the location that I initially requested. They were HORRIBLE and have a bad reputation in the community (Charles Street). They then indicated that the alternative location was "just across the street" when it was 13 km away! The location for pickup was also further from my home and awkward to get to. My experience was terrible. The location that I was directed to was FAR FRIENDLIER but they could not get their phones to upload our photos and they did not have the packing blankets that I requested.

Ron WheelerPhone call one day prior to pick up of Vehicle, we were told not able to pick up in a closer location. One day prior also: was told we would receive an email with the new location pick up, did not receive this ... I had written it down, so was able to call & locate.
david laflammeService was excellent and very friendly. It was however difficult to pull out of the site onto the very busy street. The flow of traffic was almost constant.
Tina Den DestenVehicle was filthy with debris under passenger and driver seats and cup holders filthy. I rented 12 blankets, the uhaul representative told me I had rented 5 they were unfolded and dirty. I would have been responsible for paying for all blankets had I not changed the contract on site. This location was changed by UHaul from my preferred location. Trying to resolve this issue took over 40 minutes on the phone. I extended my lease by 1 day in Saturday the 10th. It took 40 minutes on hold again to do this with multiple agents who I had to explain what I requested repeatedly. The vehicle functioned as expected, that was the only redeeming part of this experience.
Edward DonoghueWe were not informed this was our pickup location. We had ordered the truck from 555 Fairway. While not far apart, it's was annoying to have to chase down the truck. At least we were early for our pickup time. Upon arrival at the second location, still ahead of our pick up time, the only employee was involved in a complicated long haul transaction. We eventually received the truck 20 minutes late. A late start to an already busy day. The employee was very nice but clearly had more than he could handle alone.
