Fix your website and app, they are terribly slow and have bugs. When I originally booked my trailer rental it gave me a location closer to my home for pickup (Diva Petroleum) and said the equipment was available. Then without my knowing, the location was changed to Fairway which is much further away and very inconvenient. In the end the app did not let me change the pickup location to Gateway oil change, instead I had to cancel and re-book! Also, the app did not let me change the size of trailer, again I had to cancel and rebook. Then I just needed to add one more day to my booking - nope can't do it, had to cancel and rebook! Very frustrating
