It's a little bit of a odd, cramped Location, but it's fine. The manager is good and the service was good. The trailer was a little bit dirty, but not bad. Overall, an acceptable experience. I would rent there again.

Van ran good but had a broken windshield and no tail lights or brake lights on the left side. I have rented many trucks for personal and business use and they were always well maintained.this was kind of a let down.

Please make sure the truck is clean before giving it to the next customer. I am severely allergic to dogs and there was dog hair all over the seats.

2 things: First, communication when I picked up the truck was not good. I've only used U-Haul once before myself and I was not notified about the digital check out form I would need to fill out. So I completely forgot about it and left without filling it out. The link was expired by the time I got home. Second, that truck needed some definite maintenance. Last time I drove a U-Haul it was from Washington state to Utah. Everything was smooth the whole way. Despite being a big truck I felt little in the way of bumps. This time I could tell right away that the alignment and shocks were definitely bad. There was one point I was backing up and with my foot on the break (not even close to touching the gas) the truck suddenly revved and I had to hit the break harder to keep from hitting the car parked behind me. That needs to be worked on. I get that maintenance like that can only happen if the customer notifies the employees if the issues. I hope that can be done.

Truck was covered in bug splats, could barely see out the windshield. Also, the front end needed alignment, the tires were worn on the inside on both right and left side of truck. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

The mobile check-in system needs some serious streamlining. I will probably never use that again if I can help it. Additionally, the employee I returned the truck to said he would take care of checking it back it, and then didn't. My contract remained active until I finally got someone else on the phone at the end of the day (I called several times throughout the afternoon with no answer) and a different employee took care of it. Kudos to the 2nd guy, because he took care of it in under 30 seconds.

Close by and convenient location. Had to make a couple detours, but that is because of current construction going on nearby. Had some issues with using the online pick up feature, but customer service was able to help me work through it and authorize my reservation.

Was relocated day before move to a location 40 miles away, after I had scheduled and paid a guarantee to have a 20 ft truck at a location in Tooele. Morning of the move the location was changed again to a location that was even further. Cost me hours of coordinating and re-coordinating and ultimately the time lost cost me a mover and about $60 extra just in gas. Additionally, I ordered 2 dolly's that were not available at the location where the truck was picked up.

I was particularly impressed by the man working the office both when I picked up and dropped off a pickup truck for a local move He was quite helpful and affable, but more importantly, when the incorrect mileage was given on the paperwork (apparently due to the previous renter, not UHaul) he immediately corrected the mistake, saving me from an additional charge for 100 miles extra over the 17 miles I actually drove the vehicle.

I tried to do all of the sign and steps ahead of time and I didn't actually get to the part where it was asking for copies of my ID and a reference until I got to the location. I think it would be good to make sure that part of the process is prompted sooner because me and my friend were at the van ready to get in it and then it took 20 minutes of work until we could actually get to that point.

The location is very minimal as there isn't a lot here. It's not in the greatest part of town as well and you just park it and leave it on the street. It was a very simple process but still not that inherent.

Service at the Uhaul center was great, but my service with the movers that I hired was awful. First, they dropped and completely destroyed an expensive dresser. They were extremely slow to move and one of the movers dropped a weight rack that chipped my marble floor. They also left the job and had to bring another team on that I had to pay out of pocket to finish the job. I can provide photos of the broken items, but I would appreciate a refund for the moving service. The items we purchased such as the furniture pads, etc. never showed up.

Your mobile app has bugs. It took us 20 minutes to pick up the truck and near an hour to drop off because the app wouldn't recognize the photos taken. We restarted the app and it worked fine. Dropping the truck off became an issue because there was not parking for the truck. We parked it the best we could and took pictures of the street if needed. There was clearly no other place to park. The person I spoke with in the phone indicated that the location would be open when I arrived at 6pm. There wasn't anyone around. Gates were locked and I got zero help from the uhaul person that answered the forwarded phone. I like uhaul and appreciate the service provided. Thank you very much.

I had to go way out of my way from my preferred location! Your promise of $50 was a joke since I would have lost my reservation. Customer service was horrible and I had people texting and calling. No one was on the same page. I will not be using uhaul again!

There was not a single space to return the vehicle within about a quarter mile of the drop off location. I ended up having to park it on the grass as it was the only non obstructive space. I think to improve there should be more dedicated uhaul parking.

Windshield was cracked The advertised $19 half day rate is actually $47.00. I had the van 2 hours and drove 8,5 miles. I had no problem with paying the$47. It's just very annoying with such wilful messleading advertising. The manager was very nice and helpful

Was somehow double booked, had to drive to multiple locations to get the issue sorted out. I did eventually get the equipment I needed, but it sent me back an hour. Although I will say that the dispatch is efficient in communicating to various locations about what is and is not available

It took 40 minutes to pick up the truck because of the mobile app. It would crash constantly. The only way to get it to work was to reinstall it, then it would work for another 10 minutes max. The app also took way too long yo recognize my pictures of my drivers license. That took 15 minutes alone. I had to call the call center twice to have them move my reservation time back so that I wouldn't lose my truck because the app wouldn't let me finish the pickup process.

When dropping off husband got stuck inside the gates and could not get out. Gate opened when dropping off but could not get out. Called the number on the gate numerous times and no answer. He had to jump over the fence and fortunately did not get caught on the barbed wire. Would not use again under any circumstances.

The location is very strange and you need to use a call box to get to the office, which is behind chain fence with barbed wire. Not a very inviting place and there isn't much interaction with the staff because there is only a service window to talk to them.

Do not rent from this location. We spent over an hour cleaning the cab - it was filthy. I do not like to leave bad reviews because I understand things happen but this went beyond "things happen". They hadn't even cleaned the windshield - covered in dead bugs. UHaul offered a $100 credit, saying that was the best they could do, but even that was doing as little as possible for a major cost in a cross country move. We were on a time schedule and had to spend time and energy cleaning the truck before we got on the road for a three day trek. I will look elsewhere if I need to rent the next time.

First off. I had a reservation for WOODS CROSS rental, not salt lake city rental 20 miles away from my home. That disappeared and I had no choice but to rent TWENTY MILES FROM MY HOME I get to the place, and there's homeless people smoking across the street and had parked their campers there long term. I asked the guy about it, and he said he's never had a problem with them, but that he's called authorities about them to no avail. I returned the truck on time with a half tank of gas as instructed, clean and free of damage. When I went to pick it up, there were homeless people hanging out by the drop box and the SAME people camping out across the street, were inside the fence walking around like they had permission to do so. I go to check out on the stupid link, and it's trying to charge me for an after hours, AND FUEL fee ( brought it back at half a tank just like it was stated to do so in the contract) , when I was there trying to return it THIRTY MINUTES EARLY. So I call the customer service number and explain all this to the agent. I don't feel safe going over to the drop off, because the people hanging out there. The agent tells me to put the keys in the truck and lock the door. The agent tells me ( on a recorded line) that she can't change the billing in the system, and that she will have someone call back on the next business day. I NEVER GOT ANY CALLS FROM THEM! The next thing I am seeing is a email receipt from u-haul charging me FOUR TIMES the amount agreed on. With completely different charges than what the app said. So I call customer service AND send and email. They send me an email saying that it's a cleaning fee unspecified. I call the customer service number and waited on hold for an HOUR AND A HALF before getting disconnected on. Called back and waited on hold for another half an hour and got disconnected again. Emailed the area manager and he said it was because of rental loss and locksmith charges. Lock box access was not safe to drop it off. Customer service was rude and made it a point to interrupt my every word. Soon going to corporate. Abhorrent customer service, dishonest dealership practice. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Is this a dangerous area? I arrived when U-Haul was open, but I couldn't figure out how to get in with all the fencing and security and warning signs, so I used the app instead from out on the road, which probably took a lot longer.

Sketchy area, people camping all around on the street, hard to spot entrance and no sign of it being a U-Haul location. It's a storage locker facility. This was the only U-Haul equipment on the property when I was there. Definitely not what I was expecting, and the trailer was old, beat up, Etc.
