I rented a truck to move to a distance of less than 10 miles I made 2 trips, now I have a charge to my card of more than $318 for a trip of 240 miles and gas charge for $ 30, this is something that is not true

I couldn’t find anyone
ANTHONY AThe code for the lock box did not work. I had to call customer service and we learned that the locks had been mixed up. I finally got into the truck and the mileage and the fuel level did not match the app. The mileage was off by 200+ miles and the fuel level was off by about a half of a tank. This delayed me even further. I had to call customer service again and send a picture of the fuel level and mileage.
Zach WProblem was the mileage was wrong at pickup so I was over charged a couple of hundred dollars. Please refer to my pictures from pickup. It would not allow me to change the real mileage due to me picking up uhual at closing time. For that I am very unhappy being overcharged
