Roy WWe waited over an hour for the key they forgot to put in the lock box. Our movers didn't finish because we were so behind on time and they charged us for staring over an hour late. This place also gave us a truck with no fuel. We returned it the same as we got it and charged $90 for no fuel, but that's how they gave it to us. We need to be compensated somehow for waiting 1,5 hours for the truck key and no gas!

Kelly CThis is literally a couple of trucks and trailers in someone's yard with cattle, horses, and dogs running around the trucks. When I booked my rental for a Sunday from 12:30-3:30pm, it said that I could still pick up the truck even though this location is closed Sundays. When it was time to pick up my rental (12:30pm), I logged in to my U-Haul account like the email said but didn't receive any instructions, and had to contact the owner for help getting through the gate and around the cows. I was handed keys and not asked any questions. I took a photo of the dash, just in case. I had no issues with the truck and returned it nearly an hour early at 2:42pm (again taking a photo of the mileage), dropped the keys and closed the gate as instructed by the owner. At 4:30pm that evening, I got a link asking me to verify the license plate of the U-Haul and then received two rental agreements and transaction receipts for a reservation from 4:30pm-7:00pm and someone had signed for me. I also noticed that Save Move had been added to my reservation. I called customer support that evening and they told me to call the location the next day to dispute that charge. I called Monday around 12:30pm and the owner yelled at me that he didn't make my reservation and that he'd call me when he got back to his office, then hung up on me. When I got off work at 7:00pm I called U-Haul customer service and was able to get the charge removed because it was clear it was added after my reservation. I would STRONGLY recommend really investigating this location. It was the weirdest experience I've ever had renting a U-Haul. However, both people I talked to at U-Haul (Noah and Sheena) were very nice and helpful.

(black male,tall,with beard) asked to send him the money ($100) trough cash app to his personal bank account,instead of using my card the way is suppose to be,(very very sketchy), so I did because I was in a rush,but when I dropped the truck off he called me saying that I owed him and to send him extra money directly to his bank account instead to the company. He made up that I owed him because I drove 50 miles extra which is a LIE.I will figure out.I don't recommend this location AT ALL!

Willisha JDealer was friendly. Location was in an area with a lot of animals and debris scattered. This, in my opinion makes it not clean and safe for customers to some extent. Overall all, U-haul personal at both locations was pleasant to deal with.

mark wThe truck was located on private property behind a secured gate in an area surrounded by cows and horses. Although someone came to help and moved the truck to the public road, I would not rent from this location again. Not appropriate pick up location for a name brand business.

William WTrès sympathiques et professionnels. Was very timid to drive a 26' truck. but he pulled truck out and assured me they were easy to handle. Walked me through every step. Once returning, he helped me in parking the truck. Yes, the truck had some bumps and scratches but didn't expect a brand new truck like others do. The truck was intact and in working order. It got the Job done with no problems. No mechanical issues. All lights worked great. My trip from here to Oklahoma was smooth sailing all the way. I would and will rent from here again on our next last load. Highly recommend. Great value for my money.

Obi NY'all should have rentals returned to an actual business not a house where u got to wait until someone gets there in order to return the uhaul. Plus you guys tried to charge and extra $250 after we had paid nearly $600. I was told that we were overcharged and now you guys owe us so we're waiting on our money back. Makes me think twice about renting from Uhaul again.
Candace CThe uhaul was given to us with hardly any gas, but we got charged for gas even though it was brought back similarly to where we received it. No one was there to give my husband the uhaul for 25 minutes even though we had a reservation. To top it off, upon dropping the truck back off, the guy answered via the video doorbell and told my husband to leave the keys in the box. (My husbands car was on the property) he made my husband go open the gate where this guys cows were, and he said drop the uhaul off, take your car out and don't forget to close the gate behind you. Cows got out, and my husband was left to literally get them back into the property by himself. HIGHLY unprofessional. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Zachary YI was charge twice for my rental. He check it in late. And it been a day I still haven't received my refund. So I'll not happy at all.
Michael PIf the drop off location is different than what is on the rental contract, Uhaul needs to inform the customer of the change. It is very aggravating to have to go to multiple locations and call customer service to find out where to drop off equipment. UHaul could also train their employees to help customers when U haul has an error in drop off location. The Move It Storage of Fulshear Texas was most unhelpful.
Sarah GCharged me for things I didn’t rent and when dropping off the trailer I tried calling the location to get an explanation and as of today I haven’t talked to anybody.
Cassandra WOverall good experience. I dropped it off the day before and it took until the next morning to be finalized. It made me concerned if something were to happen to it overnight it would be on me.

Michael GThe location is at a rural residence and you access the uhaul equipment by opening a gate. There are dogs on the property. Also, the uhaul rep gave me the keys and said "you are good." I took him at his word and drove off in the truck I reserved. I got a call a few hours later from uhaul asking if I still wanted to rent the truck. The uhaul rep did not let you all know that I had the truck. Further, when I returned the truck, the mileage from the previous renter/user had not been recorded so I was charged for 45 miles when I drove less than 20. If I could do it again, I would not have rented the truck.
John CI was over billed for insurance coverage that I denied when I booked online. This is unacceptable and speaks very poorly of Uhaul.
Manuel CThis location is not a good representation of Uhaul and should be closed. Once the owner found out I was doing a one way rental, he told me I was an hour late and would have to charge me a late fee or disconnect the trailer. I have never heard of a late fee for picking up a rental. Also I was not late, it took me 30 minutes to find a number to call once I arrived to trailers setting in the middle of a field with no one there and no contact information posted. There is no doubt in my mind that this gentleman was trying to shake me down for additional money. Once I told him I was not going to pay or disconnect the trailer he said he was just kidding. I have been around the block a few times and he was not kidding, he was pressing me to see how I would react. I have never had this type of issue with Uhaul and I am quite sure it is not the image Uhaul supports.
