Dealer was friendly. Location was in an area with a lot of animals and debris scattered. This, in my opinion makes it not clean and safe for customers to some extent. Overall all, U-haul personal at both locations was pleasant to deal with.

Great customer service
mark W.The truck was located on private property behind a secured gate in an area surrounded by cows and horses. Although someone came to help and moved the truck to the public road, I would not rent from this location again. Not appropriate pick up location for a name brand business.

William W.Very friendly and professional. Was very timid to drive a 26' truck. but he pulled truck out and assured me they were easy to handle. Walked me through every step. Once returning, he helped me in parking the truck. Yes, the truck had some bumps and scratches but didn't expect a brand new truck like others do. The truck was intact and in working order. It got the Job done with no problems. No mechanical issues. All lights worked great. My trip from here to Oklahoma was smooth sailing all the way. I would and will rent from here again on our next last load. Highly recommend. Great value for my money.
