The site I originally chose online turned out to be a permanently closed establishment, and the return site was changed on me without my information, to a site much further than several other options near where I was scheduled to return to. Corporate coordination at U-Haul leaves MUCH to be desired, but the people onsite were very courteous and helpful.

Jose BI'd reserved it at the Davis Rd location (nearest my house) and wanted to return it there. I called the proprietor, Brodie to ask if this was OK and he said yes, so I did. Then he charged me a large fee for not returning it to Wheeler Rd. He knew better (otherwise would not have charged that fee). This made the experience poor, when U-Haul people deceive you. If I'm missing something, call me. I'd recommend Wheeler Rd (Donna) but not David Rd.
