From the time that I made it to the rental location everything went south. I could not get passed the uploading of photos due to the location of rental and data service. I only traveled 12 miles and you guys charged me for 62 miles. At this present moment I would not recommend U-Haul service to anyone. Every time I use this service there is always a problem and I’m always over charged.

Naytasha RThe attendant was totally unhelpful, on the phone the whole time didn’t had time to inspect the truck. I returned the truck clean just as I got it, one day earlier than expected, as I said the attendant just wanted the keys, and then hit me with a bogus clean fee of $25 which was totally unwarranted.
ADRIAN RThe people who helped me were very kind and understanding. My location was switched and I had to pick it up a day early due to their hours so they gave me a free day to compensate the early pick up. They helped me back up to the trailer and hook up. The trailer was however missing an updated 6 pin plug. It had an outdated 4 pin plug that had to be replaced before use.
Sara MClosed for Labor Day during drop off. Got receipts and charged me a late fee even though the place was closed. Please reimburse the late fee as nobody was there to help drop off.
