I have already recommended the Gibbs Street Kocation to everyone I know who rents trucks. The manager, Joyce, is a pleasure to work with. No surpises. And the price is right.

Peter PJoyce is wonderful! I called her just a few minutes before closing to ask to rent a vehicle; we had an emergency. She stayed to help us. The vehicle was immaculately clean, full of gas, and ready when I got there. I then needed to ask to extend the reservation for a day; she was able to help us again. I am very, very, grateful! This is a great business because of her management.
SunShine SWe were told that we can drop off at any location. We were charged more than double the original total for dropping off at the "wrong location ". It was after hours and we dropped the keys into the drop box as asked.

Manuel BIt was raining the day I moved however I have a covered garage so I was able to move my things into the uhual without them getting wet.however after taking my mattress out of the uhual the bottom of the mattress was soaked! I wished I would have known the uhual doesn't stay dry on the inside because the entire floor of the uhual was soaking wet and some of my things were damaged from all the water on the uhual floor. Super frustrating

Lucella HI drove less than 25 miles there is no way in the world I ran out over a quarter tank of gas. I had to put 3 gallons in the truck. The gas meter has to be modified in some way.
BRANDOND GJoyce was fantastic. Friendly and courteous in early morning 14F. Weather. Went out to clean the truck, warm it up and make sure all locks were not iced and frozen.

The vehicles are always immaculately clean and always ready for us. She even organized a drive for canned goods and clothing to help the organization. I wouldn't do business anywhere else!
sunshine sThe doors to the truck did not seal well. ROAD NOISE WAS HORRIBLE WHILE DRIVING. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO HEAR SOMEONE ELSE IN THE TRUCK WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY. No visor on the driver side. Truck was clean however.

She called the day prior to confirm my appointment and when I arrived, she greeted us with a smile. The truck was clean and got the job done. Checkout was a breeze as well. Joyce even went above and beyond and helped me find a wrench socket so I can finish up my move by disassembling a couch. Excellent service!

Dustin WI made a reservation for 8:30am using the 24/7 mobile phone feature. I arrived to pick up my truck only to discover that the location didn't open until 9am and even though the app made it look like I could pick up my truck at any time I had to wait for the office to open to actually get my key. If that is a requirement it should have been clear. There was another person there who had the same issue.
