Better customer service. As soon as I walked in the representative was very rude and told me I can't help you right now. I'll be with you in 10 minutes. Seemed stressed. Not even a greeting.

I dropped off after hours

Shae was very nice and was apologetic about issues with the first uhaul I rented, The first U-Haul I rented had some serious internal issues that I was not aware of until I actually hit the highway. Shae was considerate of my time and apologized on the previous drivers behalf, I wish the U-Haul would've been inspected properly so that this issue would've never happened but I'm really glad that Shae worked with me the entire time to make sure I got to my new place safely.

The staff was amazing here!

During my rental times, I drove 11miles. at return, I put gas 1 gallon and summit gas receipt to your staff. but you charged additional 2gallon fuel $9 without any explain It is a really unpleasant experience.

Ignacio was the person who directly helped me check out and check in the vehicle 2 weekends in a row. He made all the difference. He even stayed after hours on a Saturday (New Year's Eve) so my father and I wouldn't have to wait in the rain outside while we waited for our ride to pick us up after returning the uHaul van. Extremely helpful and the direct reason I would use uHaul again and specifically from this location.

This was my first time renting a moving vehicle and the gentleman made it so stress free and easy . Explained everything and very helpful. Excellent service à la clientèle

More than the location, my drop-off location was changed twice. What made the experience less than ideal was that I was just a few minutes away from the drop-off location before it was changed to another location. If I make a reservation to drop off at one location, please let me drop off at the place I signed up for.

I'd like to compliment Ignacio for make the transaction so smooth The only complaint I have is how hard it is to talk to a human and verify rental is available. Your website is not accurate on availabilty. The van I rented was very nice and not a gas hog Thank you
