The equipment was good and everthing but the front desk guy did not have great customer service. He had attitude ever time we asked a question and wouldnt do his job. Other then that it was ok but ur employee needs to learn how to talk to people and pervide better service.

SANG LU-Haul switched my pickup location and my truck wasn’t ready at pickup time. The worker at Gilbert self storage was very helpful trying to get my four digit code to unlock the padlock Because U-Haul never sent it to me or anything to check in online. The worker did a manual check in for me, but The U-Haul computer system was extremely slow so it took over an hour And messed up my whole day.
