I found someone's rental agreement and water bottle under the drivers seat. The check engine light was on. Steering was a bit loose and it had some dirt in the box. All in all, it got the job done, and the young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful.
Michael FThe only problem I have encountered is the fact that my card was not charged for the full amount. We did go over the miles and there were extra charges, thats fine, but they didn't just charge it. I realized uhaul had been sending me emails but I thought it was for reviews so I didnt even open them. I finally opened one that said they were about to send it to collections! I almost had a 30$ late fee as well. I'm upset with this. I thought that they'd charge the entire balance to the card I provided beforehand. Nobody told me I'd have to make 2 separate charges. I'm lucky I caught this in time.

matthew w10" van was fairly clean, back needed to be swept out. rented a 10' van last year from them and it was very dirty both inside the cab and inside the box.

Bill CReally appreciated the 24/7 pickup and drop off. I needed a van on Sunday and had no problem getting the keys and finding the truck.
RONNY H4 hr rental. Used the pre-check in process so my time was already designated to start at a specific time. I arrived 10 minutes early from scheduled pickup time to pickup vehicle but because the gentleman behind the counter was helping 3 parties ahead of me, I ended up only receiving 3 1/2 hours of my rental. This time should be adjusted when the customer actually exits the office. Not a big deal but then again if we're counting the small details, they will charge you 99cents even if your a mile over your estimated amount. Fair should be fair.
Casey HDrop off site easy to find with required phone call. Lots of room to park and leave truck. Due to Fed holiday closure site was closed. Found their key drop box... being it was not labeled I might be mistaken.

Jonathan MI think they might need a gated fence around the property. Truck was a little dirty, definitely had some wounds over the years. Gas take was below E. Located in the not the most desirable part of east Wenatchee. I think they deal with homeless people and drug addicts siphoning gas Guy at the desk was cool and quickly got me in another 26' and we were on our way.

Ricardo CFix your app. It would not work for me when checking in to pickup vehicle. I tried troubleshooting but got nowhere. The website did work, but generally apps are suppose to make things easier.
Kelvin MThe 24/7 Pick Up system was non-functional. Had to enter the same information, such as scanning photo ID, multiple times. The system also jumped past how to obtain keys to the vehicle and went directly to the return menu. Had to wait two hours for the building hours so a person could assist me. He was very efficient and easy to work with. Would not recommend the 24/7 online system to anyone. The truck was in poor shape. It was raining and there was water both in the cab and in the cargo area. By the time I arrived at my destination (about three hours to load, drive, and unload) all of the boxes in front of the cargo area were totally soaked with rain water.

Gina BThey charge a cleaning fee because the blankets were not folded. When I rented from uhaul in the past I was just told to return them in the back of the truck as they would make sure they were clean and dry and do a count and then rebate them. I will use Penzski trucks next time your folks are lazy. They never even wanted to come out side and look at the truck. If they would have and seen the blankets laying in the back and not folded I would have folded them so I would not be charged the cleaning fee.
John FThe employee was too busy to help me get my car off the towing trailer, and told me I would have to wait 15 min. Then, although I explained my situation and that I hadn't put gas in the truck because I had been promised a full refund and thought it would be too complicated to get reimbursed for the gas money, he ended up charging me $70 for less than a quarter of a tank of gas.
Michelle GRental return after-hours was problematic. U-Haul app would not find my location.. had to use the website after asking through the chat feature. Pictures uploaded slowly (even though I had almost full bars 5G) which caused me to have to redo the picture taking process after I tried to refresh the page. Overall - A very nice service but check-out could be improved

David SLocation has large lot to leave the truck, which is very convenient. Drop off box for after hours drop was on side of building with a sign of where to leave truck.
Teresa GHaha, well I found a nice pair of men's shoes under the passenger seat, which didn't bother me any, but probably was frustrating for the guy who lost them 😅 Other then that, the staff was excellent, the truck was clean and I had a wonderful experience overall.
