Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck windshield was filthy and the truck had no windshield wiper fluid. Otherwise, the equipment ran well and the truck was fairly easy to drive.
JENNIFER FEasy to rent a truck, easy after hours drop off!
Debra HGreat service; however, when we purchased UHaul boxes we were not told we could return what we did not use. They won’t refund our money because it was over one month since we bought them. That is WRONG!
James DOperator was rude when I showed up early for my rental reservation. Their office opens at 9:30 but they won't deal with Uhaul stuff till 10am. When I asked if that was a license to be rude, they justified it by saying "Everyday Uhaul customers come it at 9:30 when we don't start Uhaul until 10am. I suggested that they have just one opening time since there is no specific signage about Uhaul opening time. Would NOT rent here again. Truck also had an exaust leak and sounded like a lawn mower,
