I rarely leave reviews that include specific names; however I feel it important to recognize the U-haul Area Field Manager for this location. As AFM Greg Needham has always done an excellent job to go above and beyond for his customers and Uhaul dealers alike. Greg's attention to detail, customer-focused service style and dedicated work ethic sets this particular dealer location apart from the rest.

CHRISTOPHER MIt was hard to tell where to drop the trailer. There was basically no signage. I had to circle the location twice and ended up parking on the side of the road to go in and ask where to drop the trailer. The attendant pointed to cctv pictures on where to drop it.
james rIt was the middle of the day, during office hours and the office was closed. We were there at 2:00 and the sign said that the manager would be back at 3:00. This was probably just a fluke. The U-Haul app was easy to use, so we were able to return our equipment with out too much trouble.
