The rental guy went above and beyond expectations. I needed an enclosed trailer at 4:15pm on a Saturday and at first he didn't have one. Then he called me back to tell me he had one. Thank you so much for helping us out!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Sherri OWhen I searched for U-Haul rental this glacier West came up and it said Sedro Woolley address so I booked it online and paid then I found out that they are actually located in Lyman which was the opposite way of where I had to go. This was a bit frustrating. I also had a round plugin for the lights and it took the flat pins so use of the adapter was $18 which i thought way to much to charge for that. I feel it should be included because you have to have the lights and you can't leave without them working so you are stuck paying whatever they want to charge. The rental of trailer was more then fair at 30 a day and then to charge 18 for adapter was ridiculous. Thank you, Anna
Anna BIris was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. I worked up a sweat after emptying the trailer and Iris brought me a bottle of water. She was so knowledgeable about uhaul and the trailer as well as the storage facility. Value this employee, their hard to come by.

Dennis O1,32 a mile is a bit excessive in my opinion. Had I had time to search a better rate, I would not have used uhaul at all.

jeff bThe truck smelled like body odor. The first pickup location was in Anacortes. It took me about 5 hours to get a truck that I reserved 2 weeks prior. I was sent on a goose chase half the day and set me back with moving. I was in tears. It was a horrible experience and I will never use Uhaul again.
