This store is the last time i will go to this is the second time they charge me extra and say that is missing gas when i return it even though i put more gas that was needed when you call them they don't help you at all and they tell you they will get back at you and never do super unprofessional like i say this is the second time this happens i gave them a second chance wont happen again i i could give zero stars i would. Esta tienda es la última vez que iré, es la segunda vez que me cobran extra y dicen que falta gasolina cuando la devuelvo, aunque puse más gasolina que con la que me entregaron ,cuando los llamas, no te ayudan en nada. y te dicen que te llamaran y nunca se comunican contigo muy poco profesional, como digo, esta es la segunda vez que esto sucede. Les di una segunda oportunidad. No volverá a suceder. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría.

Felipe MThey gave me the dirty van, when I delivered it in the same condition and they inspected it, they told me that they were going to charge me cleaning fee of $25, and in the end when they gave me the paid invoice, they charged me $50 for cleaning, I see it in my house. I do not recommend this location, he was a liar and scammer

RAUL MFirst Van I rented the steering wheel was wobbly once you reached 30 mph. I went back they gave me another van and that van had no brakes pure grinding on a 7000 mile brand new van. you guys need to do a better service on your vans before renting them out. Make sure you check them. I still paid for it but I think I should get a full refund because that's crazy how I could've lost my life driving a car with no brakes and bad steering on two vans. .

MIGUEL EThere was low tire pressure in the car and know when she'll wiper fluid. It wasn't dirty, but also wasn't clean and the paperwork from the last renter was left in the van. The woman working the front desk was exceptional! There was a very long line and she kept her cool, was very professional and was able to handle multiple clients at the same time. She did a phenomenal job, but there should've been somebody there helping her.

Gloria RTruck leaked water from roof over Aunts attic during rain. Ruined 11 boxes that hat to be repacked in new boxes to unload. Roof should have been water tested prior to truck being turned around. Also key switch was loose. Created hard starting.
