After reaching the rental location at 10am we had a dolly and a moving cart rented neither of which was available. Without any shame they just denied without giving a solution. After picking up the truck reaching the apartment, opened the back just to find out it was filthy and also had an old mattress. I called the location to find out what was the deal with that and no one answered the phone. Ended up cleaning myselfNiral M.

You provided my truck with an empty gas tank and stated as a Half a tank full with the order paper.. I addressed the problem with Carolina was told that problem has been fixed. I sent email to facility to report the gas and mileage reading discrepancy and saved it as confirmation.. Was charge for 11 gallons of gas upon return. I'm calling my bank to stop payment on these charges. Very disappointed. Will never use Uhaul ever again. Not a decent way you f doing business .Shame on you.ROLANDO G.

The car I had was making an incredibly loud noise. So much so that you could not converse with the passenger. You just had to sit quietly in the van. I traveled over 150 miles in this manner. Also, the check engine light was on. I ended up paying nearly 500 dollars for a terrible experience. I do not blame the location, I blame uhaul for not having a policy for what is an acceptable rental option. Several people that helped me move also could not believe it and all agreed they would not consider uhaul next time they needed a rental van.ADAM R.

The lady at the counter was very rude, Carolina, showed careless dealing with customers. Also, READ every word before signing the contract. They charged me Safe Move for $14 and Carolina said that I signed and that is it. I called U-Haul Customer Service (32 minutes waiting time but worth it) and they refunded the money. Bad experience. * La senorita en el mostrador es ruda y no sabe tratar a los clientes. Tambien, hay que leer el contrato palabra por palabra antes de firmar. Me cobraron Safe Move por $14 que yo nunca habia agregado. Carolina me dijo que yo habia firmado y eso era todo. This is the third truck I rent from uhaul that had the check engine light on. If it was my vehicle I would get them fixed. However, I figure that if you don't care, why should I? 30 minutes waiting for customer service on phone is LUDICROUS. ESPECIALLY, since it was because your â€œshareâ€ check in service (online) REALLY sucks!!!!! I lost 1 1/2 hours trying to pick up the truck!!!!!PAUL A.

I basically had to beg for a receipt. I had questions the lady who was there when I turned in the vehicle was not helpful didn't care to help. I requested a printed receipt, she kept telling me its in my email. I will be avoiding the location. Also the van had small bugs that looked like roaches.MARCELA Z.
