I reserved two dollies about two weeks prior to picking up the truck to move and when we arrived, the woman simply told us that they ran out of dollies. When questioned how that was possible - given that we had reserved two, specifically for today, she told us that there was nothing she could do (in an extremely rude an unprofessional manner. As if it was our fault that they ran out of dollies.) Needless to say, moving out of the second floor was quite the feat today. All of this happened even after arriving 30 min prior to our scheduled pick up time. Very disappointed.

Why is this location always so nasty? The trucks are nasty, not clean, the pick-up and drop off area is behind the strip mall next to huge dumpsters that have rotting food and junk. It's awful...

I called the day before to reserve a pick up truck. The personnel at the location I don’t know if they were tired got up to early or something but they had sort of an attitude. When they handed me the keys I went to the back to pick up the truck I had rented and the interior of the cab is completely full of dirt. I looked at the back of the bed and also had garbage from the previous renter. Upon arriving at my residence to start loading up furniture I discovered that the rear tail gate would not open. I tried and tried over a dozen times they will not open. I called the office where I rented the pick up truck and I was “told to call the one 800 number. I called that number and they told me that they would be a few hours before they could come to see me and I said I can’t wait I am moving furniture I need to get to my other destination this is the reason I rented the pick up truck. Anyhow Upon return and in the pick up truck to the U-Haul rental I was asked if everything was OK I told him no I said the truck was filthy I had to clean it in the inside and also the rear tailgate will not open! They gave me an apology and charged for the day rental plus mileage. Nothing else. I believe that your associates need to inspect the trucks after it is turned in. I will not go back to this location.

The (2)representatives at the store did not work very efficiently or effectively-too slow. Upon my arrival at 8:15 there were 2 customers in line, 30 minutes later I was called to the front desk. When I made the reservation I was not informed that the truck I was using was parked in a different location. This cost me an Uber ride of $10 and 20-30 minutes of additional time. Once I arrived at the truck location, my specific truck was buried in the back by other trucks and the attendant took another 20-25 minutes between locating the right key for the right truck to move out of the way in order to remove my rental. Between one thing and another, I lost one hour and change. I think this can be better prepared, organized, and advertised.

The attendant for Uhaul is clueless. She didn't know what she was doing, messed up my transaction several times checking in and when I returned the truck too! This place is nasty. Does not look organized or,clean. Just nasty. It has been like this for years and years.

This location was terribly frustrating to deal with on my most recent move. I walked into the store and could not tell that I was in the right location. The lady at the counter could not speak English and could not help me with my order. Once I was able to get someone to translate for me, she gave me misleading information about my move, which added time to my move and cost me more money. When I finally got in the truck I was given, it was difficult to start the truck without having to fight with the steering wheel and ignition. This location was horrible and made my moving situation a terrible experience.

I was originally charge 121 after they said 109 making the reservation at a further location and than i call and they change it . I wake up this morning and they charge me 70 in addition to the 121. I spoke to a lady named mariam she had horrible customer service.

Is not funny. I rent a truck on saturday 8/4/18 and returned the keys on 8/05/18...I never move the truck from the location because the moving got suspended...and I got charged 1 mile...how is that possible? Someone is stealing

Uhaul and local location have different operating hours. This needs to be fixed. After submitting request, phone call gave me a location 10miles away and not the closest. They also did not have the same hours available as the local office has posted.

The best part of my moving experience was Carolina Rojas’ customer service at uHaul. She made everything simple and explained the contract so that I didn’t leave with any questions, in fact I came back to rent a second truck in the same week because I knew I could count on her. Moving from my apartment to my new house couldn’t have been a more difficult process on paper, but physically moving the furniture was made simple by uHaul. Thank you and Ms. Rojas for a great experience.
